My worst experience in Europe

The host Michael had no clue about the history of Brussels. I am surprised th he couldn't answered even a single question wel asked about any place he took us to. When I said that I booked a lock guide to know about the place more he said its not his work. He could only take us to the place and only professional guides talk about the background. Amazing... Its cheating a customer this way with fee being so high an sending such unknown edge able host. Please don't get cheated

Was staying in Amsterdam and took the fast train to Brussels allowing only 5 hours to see the town so used Viator to book a tour guide so no time was wasted trying to find our way around and delayed getting lost. Mr. Andrea was our most wonderful guide. He met us at the station and off we went to see Beautiful Brussels. It is as pretty as everyone says and I highly recommend going there. We saw the famous monuments, the Atomium and Mannekin Pis the gorgeous Grand Place see this area if nothing else housing 1500's Gothic town hall and the row of guild houses plus there were many other sightings followed by shopping and eating. Andrea knows his Belgium history and was quite informative and led us up and down the streets, thru the Metro and back to the train. Definitely feel we got our monies worth and would highly recommend this tour especially since we were able to customize to our taste before we arrived and because we loved Andrea.
