Great tour.
KEVIN_G, May 2023
Thought the walking would be self guided, but our guide lead us for about 30 minutes of touring in the Grand Place area. Then onto the bus! She guided us in 3 different languages, easily.

Great tour, good overview of city and knowledgeable guide. Light amount of walking and comfortable bus.
Great tour! Enjoyed it

The historical lessons about Brussels particularly and Belgium in general. Excellent commentary about the architecture
Well worth the money. Great way to se the city
Alison_A, July 2022
The guide Jasmin was excellent, did comprehensive coverage. The places covered were interesting and the lace was just right. Staff at the office super friendly too. Tour starts off with walking nearby, then a 2 hour bus trip around the city. Only one stop to stretch legs, (and no refreshments to buy there) but it went quickly because it was interesting.
A waste of money

Our guide could be terminally boring in 5 languages. Fortunately, she only needed 3. No substantive information on anything we saw. This was the worst tour I have been on!
Wondeerful Into to Brussels

Perfect introduction to Brussels. Great way to get your bearings for later. Was a lot of walking and not so much bus. I thought I would be too jet lagged to walk but it was what I needed after the long flight. The meeting point is an info center and the staff answered everyone's questions. You can visit even if you're not taking any of their tours.

We arrived earlier at their office & bus kept time as we set off at the slated time, tour guide was very good & with ability to switch from French to English from time to time

Big disappointment
Kavitha S, Aug 2019
The tour was supposed to include visit to chocolate factory and chocolate tasting but didn't happen. Tour guide spoke mostly in Spanish. Also the guide Bruno asked me where I am from in a rude way. When I said India he said " you should be proud that you are from India". Sarcasm or racism ? If the tour operator has a problem with Indians they should make it clear beforehand so we don't book this tour. There were no stops other than atomium for photos. On the whole was not as expected. I have been on various viator tours in UK which were really well conducted. Hope this one improves.
Excellent
Sandra_D, May 2019
Really good half day tour with a little walking tour at the beginning before we joined the coach. Bruno, our guide, was lovely and knowledgeable. Also our thanks to the driver from Romania whose name I've forgotten.
Not enough stops
Tiffany_R, Apr 2019
Good tour but flew past several nice photo opps. With only 6 of us we could have stopped more times.
SImple overview of Brussels
John V, Nov 2018
This was a simple, half-day overview of some of the city's main sites. Good for seeing the highlights, but would have been much better with an engaged guide.
Half day tour of Brussels

The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. As there were only 5 guests for the tour, I was grateful that it wasn't cancelled.

This tour was very interesting and great way to get to know the city. the only issue was that it was extremely hard to hear the tour guide and she had to repeat everything 3 times once in English, once in French, once in Spanish...we went during the flower festival and it was very crowded so very hard to hear what was being said. I would suggest passing out those headphones to everyone on the tour so that we could hear what the guide was saying. Even with these issue, the tour guide was amazing...so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable.
Multi-lingual was a little confusing
Saif A, Aug 2018
The tour was wasn't bad, but I had two main issues: 1- the group was slightly larger than I expected, so hearing the guide was a challenge 2- the tour guide was delivering the tour in 3 languages, so a lot of time was wasted for translations, let alone the confusion of shifting from one language to another as the story would lose a lot of its value when it is being told in chunks.

Nice places to see however it would be nice if we could stop and take picture of the places pointed out in the tour more than just two stops. The tour guide knows his history.

The problem with this tour was the bad guide named Frank who was mostly unintelligible, although very well informed. The places shown are better seen individually. It is a tour of two and a half hours and seems to be waste of money. The palace was shown as a drive by without any stoppage..

Great overview of Brussels. Really good for the first day of the first visit. If you've been before or done other tours, I might skip this one.

It is very fast paced, but worth it. You get to visit one of the oldest malls and chocolate factories. I wish there was more time to walk around and explore, but for what it was, it was nice.

I was not extremely happy with this tour of the city. I felt that it could have been better or maybe I was led to believe we would have more walking of city center Brussels. We walked over the Grand Place in Brussels and then got on a bus. I thought we would have seen the manneken pis or hit a couple highlights of the historic area, but we didn't. I was also hoping the bus would have stopped a couple times to allow folks to take pictures, but also was not the case. This tour needs to be extended by an hour and really showcase Brussels. Not enough time and everything felt extremely rushed.

This was a very average tour. I saw the main highlights of Belgium but was disappointed we did not get off the tour bus enough.
