Taking the optional canal boat cruise was a highlight. Andrea our guide was fabulous. Knew the cities very well..have great advice for what to visit during free time & kept to schedule

Ghent was a nice stop. I booked the trip because I wanted to visit Bruges but I actually preferred Ghent. Our guide was good and our group was on time for everything but maybe the pace of Bruges is a little hectic. That is the city and not the tour’s fault but it was very crowded and everyone was pushing to stay together. Glad I went though. I especially liked the use of radios to listen to the guide.

The tour guide very informative n very detail. He is excellent in his job handling 40 pax tourist in the coach.(forgot his name sorry). Tour was well organised. Coach was very comfortable too..

Tour guide was not very engaging and couldn’t understand much of his dialect. Part of the group (2 people) spoke a different language so we had to wait for multiple translation. Was a long day the cities were beautiful but tour didn’t do it justice!! Don’t waste your time on this excursion!!!

Ghent and Bruge Tour found lacking

Ghent and Bruges, coach was decent. Guide was sub-par. Heavily accented and awkward English, zero passion or interest in his presentation.
Spent a lot of time in French for the 2 French speaking people. Did not even nention the Ghent castle, did not point out toilet on bus, no mention of what to do if separated.
We’ve done many Viator tours all over the globe. This was not the worst but Viator needs better quality control with the vendors tgey select.
