Belgium Discovery never responded to our voicemail about pickup location. They never answered the phone nor voicemail. Even when Viator said they communicated with the company about pickup site, it never happened. We were stranded at 3 am with no driver, trying to go to the airport in Brussels. We were never contacted about where we were waiting. Too stressful and will never use company again.
