Great for European history

The battleground, museum and Hougenet farm were very good and worth the visit. Unfortunately our guide was not what we expected. He and the driver argued; we were outside the hotel waiting he was inside. When I contacted him I did not hear back. When I asked the driver if she was for Waterloo she said NO. So we stood and waited until finally 20 minutes late he came out of the hotel. He never gave us his name. We did the museum tour on our own as he said we would have to pay his admission if we wanted him to come along. It was better this way. Waterloo is a site to see while here but maybe not this guide if you request English.
