  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was a great tour to do at the start of our stay in Brussels. Nina showed us the highlights and gave us a lot of great information about the city. I would add a word caution: make sure you are comfortable on a bike, as you are in traffic circles and on cobblestone streets. Helmets are not an option.

Nice alternative for sore feet

The tour started at the main square by foot where the guide explained about it and then there was a few minutes walk to garage to take the bicycles. The guide was fun. Also enjoyed riding itself. Discovered a few places I couldn't find by myself.

Brilliant Bike Tour

Ali was a great tour guide and gave us loads of great facts about the city and its heritage. The bike tour was a combo of road and pavement but I felt safe the whole time. The bikes and all in great condition and we stopped off half way for a drink and some food. This was my first ever bike tour and I will be booking more in the future for other city breaks I take as it is a great way to cover so much more ground when you are limited on time. It also meant I didn’t get lost either as I was with someone that knew the area very well. Really enjoyed myself and got some great pictures along the way.

Ali was great. He was really up on the history of Brussels and he made the tour very enjoyable. The tour was comprehensive and we really saw many parts of the city including some non-touristy areas.

Today’s bike tour by Zoe was a lot of fun. She gave lots of great information, but still made it fun. It was great to stop for half an hour to have something to eat and then get back to the tour. I would highly recommend this. It’s not too strenuous. I am close to 60 yrs of age.

Nina was great. We really enjoyed the bike tour. We only had one day in Brussels and this was the best way to cover a lot of ground with an awesome knowledgeable and interesting guide. 3 1/2 hours was just the right amount of time. Highly recommend this your.

Awesome bike tour

The bike tour was awesome. Our family were 3 out of a group of 11. Ali, our guide, was well versed in Brussels history. And, even though traffic was unusually heavy, he kept us at a good pace and kept us safe. If you are considering this trip know that there are a couple of decent hills. But you can always walk your bike if you need to.

Regarding the hills, the bike ride is 13 kilometers long, with only 200 meters of uphill terrain. Of this, 100 meters are walked uphill, and the remaining 100 meters offer the option to cycle or walk as per your preference. Nevertheless, we are thrilled that you enjoyed the experience. Out of all the tours we did in Europe, this was the worst experience. 1) No proper choice of bikes for the heights of the tourists. We had to make do with what they had. 2) Our tour guide Zoe was in a super rush and assigned the youngest kid to be the tail end guard and she was supposed to wait for the trailing person at every junction. Interestingly Zoe didn’t even wait to ensure that the kid reached at every crossing lights. 3) She was rushing to finish the tour rather than allowing tourists to push the bikes up the hills. No pause for photo op etc. 4) Towards the end, she assumed everyone was following and made a turn to the end point when a few of us got stranded not knowing where the others went ahead. This happened bcoz a bus came in front of us and stopped. We had to wait for the bus to clear before we could continue our rides. It was terrible. No contact, no checks for the last person. Since one of the stranded person had her husband in the first lot, we were able to contact and retrace our paths. 5) Had clearly mentioned Vegetarians but ZERO guidance on the lunch break. Zoe had no knowledge of the request and didnt support us either. We shopped around 3 different restaurants wasting time given for the break and luckily managed ourselves.
