Tour exceeded our expecting. As first time visitors to Bryce NP test tour was able to visit all the park highlights with ample time at each view point. Drew was an excellent guide with great knowledge about the park and surrounding areas.

Our guide Jim was a sweetheart. He gave us lots of time at the stops and made sure we were always good in snacks and water. He even gave us his business card to call him for any other suggestions for things to do after the tour!

I was not impressed with this tour. First of all, we had to wait 20 minutes for late comers who did not have a park pass, so constantly kept the group waiting. Jim's idea of fun facts were telling us at least 10 hoodoo likenesses at each stop. Give it a break Jim. It's not that interesting.

Lousy tour operator

Tour operator was unprofessional. His ticket did not show exact time of tour. Tried calling tour operator twice a week before tour to confirm time. No voice mail On the contact phone number shown. Left message anyway but there was no response. Website shown didn’t work. Contacted Viator twice who acknowledged that there had no response from the tour operator. Finally tour operator contacted me on day of tour but too late. Also unable to cancel tour from website. Always liked Viator in the past but this time very disappointed in them.

All of our tickets show the start time that you select when booking, as well as letting you know to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start time to check in with our office.
