Enjoyable night views

The trip into the bay on a catamaran was fun with a mini fireworks show. The trip to the mountain gave a good night view of the city. The visit to BIFF cinema was fun. Guide helpful.

Really lovely tour guide who was enthusiastic and friendly. Before the event, I was offered a refund, an alternative tour (food market including dinner) or to delay until the next day as it was due to rain. I opted to delay but was appreciative of the options and communication! Luckily, the rain held off the next day. They arrived on time and communicated clearly beforehand. The boat and fireworks were lovely! The Busan film festival site was the next destination - it was somewhere I hadn't thought of going but it was worth the trip. Very interesting and the guide gave us some information about it. Finally up to the top of the hill where there are incredible views of Busan. Overall a great experience.

The tour was awesome! We switched our pickup location from our hotel to where we knew we would be hanging out (Gamcheon Culture Village) the day before our tour. Steve was a great tour guide and having lived in the city for a while, he knew a lot about Busan. The boat ride was fun and I really enjoyed visiting BIFF theater and getting a panoramic view of the city from the mountain. I would definitely do the tour again if I came back with different people, and I really recommend going on your first night in Busan to get your bearings and ask them any questions you might have! Busan is so underrated, spend multiple days there if you can!

This was an exceptionally good tour with a great range of activities. Our guide Steve conducted the tour providing great knowledge with a fun approach. His communication was very clear and easily understood. We would describe this as one of the best tours we have ever undertaken.

Steve was very nice and informative. The rating has nothing to do with him. I expected more of the tour. I don't remember having a Busan Night tour, only the cruise. The cruise with fireworks was OK but it would be good to mention that it is a small boat.

Even though the weather turned bad and we were unable to do the boat cruise portion of the tour, Helena went above all our expectations and made every effort to ensure we saw as much of Busan night attractions as possible. Thank you, Helena we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Would highly recommend.

The overall trip is good. Guide Steve was very good, knows the city, knows about the places.
Night Boat tour is the highlight and worth it. However the other 2 attractions are not that much to see for. A little over priced i would say.
A night to forget

We had booked this experience for the 6th of October 2022 and were looking forward to it. Unfortunately it turns out that there are 2 Fairfield by Marriott in Busan and we had entered the wrong pickup location. The tour was supposed to start at 6.30. I called the tour guide at 6.45 and it was then that we got to know that he was waiting in the other location. Fault was ours but a call at least 30 mins before pickup might have salvaged the situation. That done, they said it was too late to pick us up for the night and cancelled the trip. Disappointed as we were we accepted cause in the end it was our fault. We asked for alternate options and they said they can accommodate us 2 days later with extra ticket costs. On informing them that we were flying out on that day they immediately went all defensive and made it clear that no refund could be issued and it was not their fault. This was when I hadn’t even asked for a refund and had never blamed them. We politely went on to ask if any alternative trips could be planned over the next day or if they could atleast drop us off at the airport to offset some of our losses. We got the same reply…no refund and not our fault. Difficult situations bring out the best in some and worst in others….and we definitely did not like how the tour operators treated us without the least bit of empathy. So if you are planning to go out with them make sure everything is pitch perfect or else you might end up losing 300 dollars without even stepping out of your hotel just cause you made an honest mistake.

Tourists gave wrong address and there were others on this tour. We cannot cancel the tour for others because of this tourist mistake. They wanted free hotel drop off which was never agreed. We offer alternative tour but they couldnt do it. Dont blame others for this because we have done everything we suppose to do for the tour. Other tourists should not suffer of cancelling their night tour because of you guys. This really is bully
An evening among the stars

We were picked up at our which was nice. There was alot of traffic, Steve had to negotiate that ( did a great job!) We were a small group in total of 4, which was also nice. We went to the 5th highest peak in Busan and the views were stunning!
The night cruise on a catamaran was pleasant, balmy evening and calm seas. Each boat set off fireworks in the harbor near the end.
The diamond Bridge is stunning! Take lots of photos. Final stop was the Busan Cinema Center, they were getting ready for the BFF, first time since pre-covid so lots of activity. This structure is a work of art, more pictures.
