The best possible full day private Busan tour

This was an excellent tour! We had Willow as our guide, and she was amazing. Before we started, we talked about where to go. I had a couple places in mind, and she provided other suggestions, so it was a great, well rounded tour of Busan. She was a great driver, she shared interesting details for each stop, and helped us at the locations too with ordering food, making purchases, and with taking photos. Highly recommend this for travelers who want to see as much as possible in a full day. It was 100% perfect!
A must do day trip tour

This was a fabulous day trip. Our driver Jade was fantastic and so informative. He also gave us great tips on local sights and experiences we were unable to cover in our 9 hour tour. Gimcheon was our favourite, but the Songbo cable car was also great. Our lunch of Korean chicken was a must do for us and a fabulous meal. An hour of shopping at the flea markets was something we love to do wherever we go. The views from the local mountain were stunning and gave us a 360 degree panorama of Busan. Nine (9) hours of a wonderful professional trip and customised to whatever we wanted to do.

Tour was adequate but nothing special to write home about, definitely not value for money. Tour guide was prompt, friendly and considerate, however, for private tours you would expect someone who is more engaging. A little let down.

Awesome visit to Busan

We had a lovely tour of Busan with Linda (Min). We were a group of 12 and we were comfortable in the mini bus provided by Korea Discovery Tour. The tour included a visit to the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple (beautiful temple by the sea), the Gamcheon Cultural Village, the Busan beach, shopping and the fish market. We also had a traditional Korean lunch. The whole day was perfect. Linda was helpful, very good with her descriptions and kept the tour at great pace - not too rushed for us. Busan is a big & modern city, which was a nice surprise for us. I should also note that I communicated with BK at the tour office while arranging this tour. BK was quick and professional in responding to my inquiries. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you BK, Linda & our safe driver!

our guide, peter lee, was amazing. we toured haedong yonggungsa temple, gwangalli beach, lunch @ jagalchi market, gukje market, songdo beach, and gamcheon culture village. he was so accommodating with our group of 8 (including 3 under 5yo; he even carried my 3yo nephew up and down the stairs of the temple). he was very knowledgeable especially the gamcheon area where he grew up. i highly recommend peter lee if you are looking for an english speaking guide in busan. :)

Great day in Busan with our guide Mimi

Mimi was such an awesome tour guide. Also we originally had to book 2 separate tours because we were a large group of 12. When I asked if we could coordinate the 2 tour schedules so we all could be together, albeit in separate vehicles, the tour company accommodated us by getting a large shuttle van to accommodate our entire party together! This was a customized tour but we left it up to Mimi to provide us with recommendations. We did book the capsule ride at the Blue Line Park on our own and Mimi made sure we got to the head of the line! Mimi advised us that we probably didn't have time to visit 2 temples and our time would be better spent seeing other sights. She selected the Haedong Yonggang Temple for us to see. Such an awesome place to visit right on the oceanfront. It was a huge temple with lots of stairs for those with mobility issues, but definitely a must see if you visit Busan. Mimi arranged a delicious bibimbap lunch, again so we could eat quickly and see more sights. The restaurant was so charming, immaculate, the food delicious and best of all we had 1 entire room to ourselves. Mimi next recommended riding the cable car to the Yonggang Songdo suspension bridge. Our group had a blast and the views were fabulous. Our last stop was at colorful Gamcheon Village, it is described as the Santorini of Korea, and it did not disappoint. We took the bullet train from Seoul to Busan and Mimi was right there to meet us as we arrived. We were scheduled to take the 8pm bullet train back to Seoul getting us in around 11pm. Towards the end of our Busan trip, we were notified that our DMZ tour for the next day was pushed up to 4am. Mimi accompanied us to the Busan station and was able to get all 12 of us rescheduled to the 6pm bullet train back to Seoul. She did not leave us until she knew we were on our way safely back to Seoul. The tour company that employed Mimi was extremely responsive in their communications with us prior to our trip. Both the tour company and Mimi made our 1 day trip to Busan a wonderful experience.

Peter Lee was an excellent guide and great person! I’ve been to Busan 3 other times and this was my best time yet. Took us on an amazing trip in Busan. We got to see some very unique sights and eat at an outstanding restaurant. The best part of the trip was the hike up the mountain with breathtaking views. Peter provided us a personal tour that was extremely memorable. We had a blast! Thank you!

This was a great tour! Our group happens to walk quite quickly, so we were able to see many different spots around the city, especially with Finn as our driver! Finn was able to tell us informative facts at each location, and gave us suggestions on what foods to try—it was like traveling with a local friend. I would highly recommend this tour to any travelers looking to get around the city and see new sites, and extra bonus if you get to travel will Finn!

We had a great time in Busan, renting a private van enabled us to see a lot of places in one day, including BTS-related itineraries in our wish list. Our tour guide, BK is knowledgeable and efficient. We also love the seafood soup in the restaurant where he brought us for lunch. Will definitely go back to Busan for the live octopus and abalone experience.

Our driver/guide took us to places that all visitors should go, and many were not on the main tourist map, and offered history, background and stories about each place. Next time, I will not plan anything. I will just ask Peter to show me Busan, and go with the flow.
