This Tour is a "Must Do"

This is an awesome, action packed three days in Cairns. Our favorite part was the Daintree Rainforest Tour. It was so much more than just Daintree. Our guide, Steve made the very long day super enjoyable. Make sure you bring motion sickness pills for the great barrier reef tour, and lots of sunscreen. All of the meals provided were hearty and tasty. You could not ask for a better way to be introduced to Cairns. Cannot recommend enough. 11 stars!

Great 3 day bundle but be warned about scuba diving with medication

If you are wanting to do everything Cairns has to offer then this is a great package to do it in as you get the best of everything. Day 1 was the Great Barrier Reef which had a very rocky start because of you are on any medication you are not allowed to dive unless you have a medical certificate which was very disappointing as this was not communicated effectively when booking this and it says you it may be some medications. So please do not be as disappointed as I was and if you book this and wish to go scuba diving to have a medical certificate for any medication you are taking or you will be told when you get on the boat that you cannot participate. Day 2 was Cape Trib & Mossman Gorge where we had the AMAZING Michelle as our guide and she was incredible. She was so lovely and informative and made sure we got the most out of our day. She took us to one of her favourite spots too and that was amazing as we got to see this incredible part of the rainforest with her. Day 3 was Kuranda Train and yet again another great day. There’s so much to see and do and you get to finish it off with the sky rail which is a great way to come down as compared to the train which was so scenic going up. Overall, this 3 day trip was amazing and I would book it again just be wary of you are on medication and you want to scuba dive as you need a medical certificate. It doesn’t matter what medication.

First day wen to the reef, weather...

First day wen to the reef, weather was horrible on shore, but by the time we got to the reef the weather was fine, even got a little sunburn. The crew were great and took care of everyone, Reef was really good. Second day went to the rain forest and tribulation point, once again horrible weather, rain, rain, rain, but we got to see everything on the itinerary. Driver was really good, made sure we stayed as dry as we could. on the way back the river had come up over the road and was impassable. our drive got hold of the company owner and we had to leave the van, but were able to get to the other side by walking on the railroad tracks and the owner had arranged for another van to take us back to the city. The driver and the company owner went above and beyond to make sure that we got back to the city. Third day took the train to Karanda and the cable car back. Both ways the trip was great, and you had plenty of time to sightsee and get some lunch before heading back

We took a three day tour with Viator and thought their tours were much better than the tours we took with Princess Cruise Line on a 12 day cruise of New Zealand just prior to our tours with Viator. The tour guides were friendly, engaging, and knowledgable. Tours often included meals, which we found were quite expensive in Australia. My first taste of kangaroo was with a Viator tour, and the food we had with each tour was excellent. Kuranda was fascinating and my wife and I were able to get our pictures taken with a Koala, one of the highlights of our trip. Our Great Barrier Reef tour included breakfast and lunch, and free wine. The crew on our boat were excellent, helpful, and wanted to make sure each customer accomplished whatever they wanted to do on the trip. I highly recommend Viator and the tours that they offer.

Selon moi Daintree Rainforest n'a pas grand intérêt sans le super guide que nous avions, à savoir John, et la rapide croisière en quête de crocodile, peu fructueuse malheureusement. L'expérience sur la grande barrière était pas mal malgré un temps maussade et de forts courants qui ont rendu le voyage en bateau difficile mal de mer. L'équipage était adorable ! Enfin, Kuranda, vaut vraiment le déplacement si vous voulez une photo avec un Koala ou nourrir des kangourous et des oiseaux, dommage qu'il faille tout faire au pas de course, car peu de temps sur place. Mais je recommande.
