    It costs extra, but I would do it all over again.
    Seasickness pills are a great suggestion, as there were a lot of people suffering.
    I would recommend this trip for those with varying ages in your group including non-snorkelers.

    Great day out and worth the money! The boat ride in itself was fun but getting to the pontoon and being able to snorkel at your own leisure was amazing. The staff were lovey and the food was really nice too. I added an introductory scuba dive to my experience and it was fantastic. The trainer/guide explained everything really well and made you feel safe. Best Experience and a must do trip!!
    Submarine doesn’t work most of the days.

    Helicopter ride is great. Submarine was not working which I read in lots of reviews that it doesn’t work most of the times. If you are not going snorkeling and hoping to see from submarine then think twice. Glass bottom boat is not clear and at low tide you don’t see much because boat can’t go near the reefs to avoid damage. Everything is well organized and food is great. If you get sea sick sit out at the deck. Breeze feels good.

    The guided tour by Ted, was very informative and he made it very comfortable for the non swimmers in the group. The reef was beautiful and you could spend hours snorkelling Disappointed with the overall price as we only got to spend +-4 hours on the reef. There was no time to use the glass bottom boat or submariner as we booked a guided tour. The rest of the time was spent ferrying to and from Fitzroy island and also cleaning of the platform which smelt bad due to the sea birds.

    Loved this tour today. A great mix of activities and the lunch was delicious. We enjoyed theTrip out and drop off seeing Fitzroy Island and the glass bottom boat was better than expected with the snorkelling the highlight.

    A dozen different versions of the same reef tour available in Cairns. This online booking did ave me some money. Seas were a bit rough that day so didn’t see much and it was uncomfortable getting there. And once there, you couldn’t go into the water without a supplied difficult to get into Wetsuit because of the jellyfish. People should be aware of all these things.

    Wonderful day on the Great Barrier Reef. Free stinger suits, great lunch. Really enjoyed the guided snorkel. Just the right amount of time at the reef. Staff was very helpful.

    It was an absolutely horrible trip ! First off, the boat was very old, the staff was unfriendly. Unless you were signing for added packages which would cost additional, they treated you like a second-class citizen. Secondly, the main attraction - semi sub was not working (they said motor related issues - which has been going on for over 2 weeks now)... So knowing that a main attraction is not working, they shouldn't deceive people (especially tourists, who mostly will only be there once in their lifetime). I went out there and had absolutely nothing to do. Was a complete waste of my time, which will never return! And money too. Because of this company's mal intentions, my memory of the great Barrier Reef is scared for ever ! I will be requesting a refund of this.

    Extremely friendly crew, wonderful experience. We were nervous because it was raining a lot but we were still able to snorkel and even got the chance to scuba dive in the reef. Truly unforgettable and highly recommend. The lunch was great too!

    Amazing experience! Definite highlight was swimming with the resident Green turtle. Crew were all exceptionally polite and helpful. The water slide was a fun bonus to have.

    Really great trip. Family of 5 including 2 grandparents . About 4/5 hours on the pontoon . Plenty of time to do snorkeling at your own pace. Multiple time slots for both glass bottom boat and submersible boat. Food was great. All crew on board were great. Option to rent a GoPro to capture your snorkeling/dive pictures and videos. Can’t fault the day at all . Highly recommend.

    Absolutely loved the reef so did our 4 & 11 year olds. The weather was great the ride out & back was smooth, no seasickness. The staff were lovely and very organised. The food was ok. Unreal memories for the family.

    Overall it was a great day. The team onboard were helpful and friendly. There was alot of people and at times was as a bit squishy when moving around on the boat. There was 14 of us all up and we enjoyed it.
    Need to have staff in the water to keep the tourists from standing on the reef and help people

    Boat needs a major clean where not able to board until 9:15 We where over 45 minutes late to arrive at the pontoon to find the pontoon a disgrace and i need of a major over hall Food was terrible
