  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • Weight Policy: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage MUST be advised at time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price
  • Child Policy: Children 3 years and above are legally required to be seated in their own seat and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 years may travel free of charge when seated on a parents/guardians lap. For bookings of more than one infant (under 3 years), conditions apply – please contact Reservations.
  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Tour and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability
  • Refunds: Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24 -48 hours, for a 50% refund claim. No refund applies if booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.

Loved the scenic helicopter ride!

We absolutely loved our helicopter ride out to the boat at the reef! Because of the rainy season, the water was quite murky so we were a bit disappointed about clearly seeing underwater.

Wow! You have to see the reef from the air!

My wife and i came to Cairns to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We thought we would spoil ourselves with a heli ride back from the reef snorkeling trip. It was incredible! I personally always wanted to fly in a chopper and was fortunate enough to be able to sit in the front as there were other passengers on our flight. It lived up to expectations and exceeded them. The pilot was so knowledgeable of the reef as he took is on a guided tour from the sky. A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and care making this a lifetime memory my wife and I will never forget.

This was the most amazing experience!! We took the helicopter both to and from the reef and it was the best way to see it. The Great Barrier Reef is a site for sore eyes!! It is spectacular, beautiful and picturesque. The best view of it is from above!! Well worth spending that little bit extra. We will be doing this again when we return in 6 months

Listening and learning about the flight paths and airport requirements. The whole experience was awesome. Johno our pilot was very knowledgeable and experienced, we felt safe the whole trip.
