Highly recommend this for everyone!. Food was good!, guides were professional, fun, and helpful. They go out of the way to accommodate and overcome your fears. Even though the day is long, you don´t feel it because you are going from one thing to another. Tequila tasting was fun as well. Shout out to to O (Osvaldo) who is the greatest guide of all!

We had so much fun! Snorkeling was beautiful, lunch was ok, ATVs are always fun, ziplining was exciting, and the Cenote was refreshing. The only downside was a lot of waiting, but otherwise a great excursion.

Great tour guides, overall disappointing

We did the full package including snorkeling. The activity states you start in the morning with snorkeling but this was not the case so we were very confused most of the day as no guidance was given otherwise that the tour would operate in a different order. After about 3 hours in a car we sat at the site for a while waiting on a guide to be assigned to our group. The tour guides themselves are super high energy and ease some of the anxiety from the tour groups extreme disorganization. We started with the cenote where we were given 25 minutes which basically equated to jumping into the cenote twice. Rushed onto zip lines then ATVs. The ATVs are super old and not maintained and a LOT of heat goes directly onto your legs from the engine. The ATV track is literally two loops on a rocky paved path. The zip line goes above their restaurant. Again about 25 minutes per activity. There is a photographer the entire time who offers the packages for $69 for those activities and when we didn’t buy them we got harrassed asking why we wouldn’t buy the photos. Snorkeling came after. There was little to no direction so we were pretty confused as to where to go and when. We drove back to Puerto Morelos got on the boat and we’re told we’d have 80 minutes to snorkel but we had to follow a guide the entire time in a single line and the group was way too big for it to be enjoyable. They also let people who didn’t know how to swim join the activity which made little sense when the activity says you need to be a strong swimmer. They also refused to let a go pro into the water when we had a strap to attach it even though they recommend to bring a waterproof camera. Again, a photographer was offering another $69 package of photos just from the snorkeling part. Felt very much as discouraging your own camera to get money for photos. The entire trip in total felt like the activities were super rushed. We were ushered back to the site where we sat in a van for an hour before being driven back to our hotel….at 8pm. You spend more time in a car than activities and the remaining time you are constantly haggled for tips and buying photos or add-ons that make it hard to enjoy.

ATV Combo! Worth it!!

We were picked up on time, but had other pick ups at other hotels. Arrived at location about 1.5 hrs after pickup. Snorkeling was canceled because of the weather., But we got tequila tasting and upgraded to Cenote VIP due to the cancelation!! Drove around the city to get to the jungle. Zip lining was first. We had a ball. 3 levels, difficulty-NONE. ATVs on Highly dangerous grounds-SO FUN!!! Be careful. You will pay for damages. Then a long drive thru the jungle- kinda scary and movie like.... quick walk thru the jungle to get to the Cenote area. VIP IS A MUST!! Unlimited tacos, tequila tasting- unlimited! And over 1.5 hrs at the center. We as a couple purchased 102 great pictures at the end for 69 dollars. SO worth it! You need bathing suit. And 2nd outfit is optional. Shout out to Andres, Andrea! Made us comfortable, and the experience funner that it already was. Will do again!!!! Recommended great 6-8 hour day!

Booking for this tour was super easy and communication was smooth. Everyone was super friendly from the beginning. We stayed in Tulum, so we were picking other people up from their resorts along the way, so be prepared for a good road trip there and back. Try to pack light as well, you don’t really need much, but they do provide lockers. The excursions themselves were fun! Their main concerns were always safety and that you enjoyed yourself. Marlon at the ATVs/Cenote was the best guide. He for sure knew how to show us a good time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this combo package.

Great value. Pickup 7:30 am. My Playacar hotel only 30 min to Puerto Morales but it took 1.5 hr with pickup other guests to get there. Boat ride to snorkel 15 min. Not recommended if it’s your first time snorkeling as current was strong. Just practice snorkeling first at your hotel pool. Beautiful corals and fishes. Afterwards tequila tasting, then tacos at 12:30 pm. Wish tacos was first because we were so hungry. Then drive 30 min into jungle for Cenote Verde Lucero. Super beautiful. Then zip line and ATV in the area. Lastly included tacos again at 5 pm. Leave at 6 pm reached my hotel 7:30. Only gripe is long pickup and drop off because it’s a shared ride. That’s understandable so please be aware and don’t whine like my teenage daughter “why it’s taking so long “. Best value tour

Whole experience was cool. Snorkeling was the best part, saw sting ray, barracuda, several other fish. Zip line was cool, lunch was tacos, I wish we had more time at the cenote. Atv’s were sketchy. Brakes hardly worked and my ATV had no place where to put my feet. But was still fun.

Not a great excursion. Snorkeling cancelled due to weather but no refund offered. Zip line very simple and hokey. Cenote was ok.

An overall disappointment. There were too many pick ups at other hotels. I was told transportation for my family of 8 would be 1 hour, 20 minutes. Instead, it took over 2 hours to get there. The swimming in the cenote was the best part. The zip-lining was very disappointing. We have zip lined in that area before, which had been a great experience. This trip's zip-lining was very lame. The ATV rides were fun but very dusty and not at all muddy as described. I also felt as though we were just driving in figure 8 patterns and not at all interesting. Apparently 400 plus photos were taken of our family, and these were very briefly shown to us, rushed, and pressured to buy them for $128. So, we did not. I would have loved to have been able view these on a computer later and ordered about a dozen or so. Lunch was very misleading. All that was included were 2 small tacos each. Nothing else, not even chips were included. No beverages, not even a water, were include. The worst part was the snorkeling. The guide was very rude and abrupt. I felt the focus was on them taking our photos and not showing us findings. In the morning, we were told that we would be back at our hotel at 6pm. Then, in the late afternoon, we were told that we would not be leaving from the excursion until 6pm. So, at 5pm we opted to leave, and the guide yelled at us saying that we could not leave. We were disgusted at this point. This trip was expensive relative to other companies, and it was terrible. Because of this, I would not recommend using Viator. Viator should research what they are selling and compare the individual smaller companies with whom they associate. Past similar type of excursions in this area were far superior than this one. All eight of us were very disappointed. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review this very poor excursion.

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Our tour guides made sure that we had fun but safety was top priority. The cenote is extremely beautiful, we had an awesome time on the zip line and the snorkeling is breathtaking. The lunch that was included was on point she the tequila tasting was A+. Book this excursion when In Mexico.

Drove about one hour in the van from the pyramid at grand oasis to get to the first stopping point.I am a 68-year-old woman and had never ziplined before. This did turn out to seem like it was a beginner zip line scenario so it was perfect for me. Although I was the oldest person there, LOL. They started with really short little zips and got progressively longer until they had me hanging upside down! Scary, but I loved it. I had never ridden an ATV before either and I did ride it by myself and I think it would be extremely boring if you were on the back of someone else’s. Some of them loved getting all muddy, not my thing. But now I can say I have done that. Then they did an unexpected tequila tasting. It was actually very informational. I rather liked that. Then on to the cenote. I wasn’t going to do a swing trapeze thing into it so I had to go down some very, very unsafe stairs to get into the water. Somebody told me that another woman had just rolled all the way down the stairs. But, I proceeded down and my friend went behind me. She slipped and then knocked me straight down onto my butt. It hurt a lot then and it still hurts a lot now, the next day. Cannot sit comfortably. I still then got into the water since I was at the very bottom step but then got out very quickly as it was so very cold! I did not see anybody staying in at any length of time. A small snack of two tacos provided after. I then went snorkeling into the “second largest coral reef in the world”. It was very, very shallow and you had to be careful not to accidentally hit your foot onto any coral. I am very short and I still hit it one time. I was very disappointed and feel like maybe they needed to take us out further into a different spot. There was some coral and a few fish but nothing impressive at all. And I have snorkeled before. A small dinner of two tacos again, LOL, along with about 45 minutes to walk around Puerto Morales where we did the snorkeling. I am probably spelling this wrong but our guide for the first part with the zip line, ATV and cenote was Lala (?) He was very enjoyable and we felt like he was trying to take care of us.

The overall experience was good but since it was Christmas evening the reduced the events. Also they don’t let you take your own photo’s and then try the photos taken by them at a very expensive price which is a RIP OFF.

Snorkeling stole the show- rest was not worth the money

Book the snorkeling independent from other activities. The ATV/ziplines/ceynote were not worth it. Snorkeling was amazing, staff were courteous and very professional. That part of the experience was absolutely what we imagined. The rest of the excursion was rushed, staff was pushy and impolite, once we got to the adventure park it was stressful and aggravating. They also changed the itinerary to include a "free" tequila tasting, we don't drink so it was a waste of our time. There was no option to do something else, they were simply peddling their house brands of tequila. The ATV ride lasted maybe 10 minutes, far too large of a group to really enjoy anything and the distance we got to travel was minimal. Book somewhere else. Again, snorkeling was amazing! Book that privately.
