If your hotel is not listed, please let us know in which hotel are you staying so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pick up. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has two different schedules for hotels in Cancun, Playa Mujeres up to Puerto Morelos, the first between 7:30 am to 8:30 am and the second between 10:30 am to 11:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. Consider from Cancun if your hotel is located in Playa Mujeres, Cancun hotel zone, Cancun downtown and Puerto Morelos and please consider from Riviera Maya if your hotel is located in Playa del Carmen, Playa Maroma and Playa Paraiso and consider Riviera Tulum for Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Best activity in Mexico yet! If you’re looking for something more fun and a little adventure, that’s not too overwhelming or takes all day from your vacation, this tour is perfect for that! We got picked up from our hotel by 8 am and we’re back to the hotel by 2:30 or 3 pm. Still had half a day to enjoy back at our resort/beach. The tour is very nicely organised, the guides are easy going, friendly, and fun! First stop we came to the polo club to enjoy a nice horse back riding. It was perfect morning, not too hot. Didn’t feel rushed through the activities. Horseback riding is perfect for beginners, horses are nice and big/tall. The guides are there with you if you need help. Next stop was swimming in cenotes and if you want to make it more fun, there’s jumping off/swinging off the rope into the water. I did that three times, I’m afraid of heights but it wasn’t too bad here. If you need life vests, they have it. We asked photographer to take some nice pictures of us, since you can’t use your cellphones there. Pictures are pricey, but they do a good job capturing nice photos. Zip line was next stop, there was three lines to get through. Again the team gets you suited up in gear, everything is organised well, and off you go with your group one at a time. The last part of the trip was fun, I won’t spoil it for you! Next stop was the ATV track. We had single ATV per person. The track was nice and long, dusty and bumpy. Definitely off reading experience, going through a jungle and pipelines. It was my first time ever on ATV, so it took a little to get adjusted to steer the machine. I had a problem with my AtV as I started driving it, and my guide quickly jumped to the rescue and gave me her ATV. Which seems to work better and off I went. The last part was relaxing in the little shack for tequila tasting, and lunch. Lunch had two tacos and water. You can order more food off the menu, but it’s not included in the price of tour. Overall I would do this again with my teenage daughter, I think this is a fun activity for teens and young adults. We would do this tour again!

If you’re looking for a full day of fun activities with professional and fun guides, this is your best choice. It starts just prior to your excursion with a follow up call and text from one of the team members. They confirm the pick up location and provide additional details in regards to the exact time and how long they will wait for you. Once they pick you up, you have a 1 hour ride as they collect other customers from various hotels and head towards your first leg. Our first stop was at a picturesque polo club where the horses were located. Dani, Jose and the team give a briefing on safety and what you can expect throughout the day. We had a chance for photos, drinks, safety gear, lockers for your stuff and a rest room break before heading out to the paddock. There the horses are assigned to you (or the horses choose you) and then you’re off for a ride around the property. There were about 10 people in our group which kept things social but manageable. On this ride, something spooked my horse but Dani jumped in to get my horse under control. She selflessly put herself in front of the horse and kept me safe from being bucked off. THANK YOU!! Afterwards we got changed and took a van to the Cenote for a swim. What a great experience! Fun activity there and I won’t spoil it for you; but it’s NOT just staring into a water-filled hole in the ground! Next stop Ziplines. Another short ride and we arrive an adventure park owned and operated by the same company. Lots of experienced staff as the give a safety orientation and get you efficiently geared up. The staff there was fast and get you up and in the zip lines. There are other tour groups here so the organized manner made a huge difference. You never felt like you were waiting long or that you were being rushed. There are about 4 lines situated high in the jungle canopy. Last adventure were the ATVs which had an intermediate challenging course but not difficult. A bit dusty so bring eyewear (they provided head protection only). The next item is a nice tequila tasting with a brief history of the potent potable. 5 shots of various true tequilas are generous! Lunch followed and is served on premises in another area where a traditional Aztec performance was provided. Traditional Mexican Food is very good with items included on the package as well as add-ons if you want to customize your lunch. This was the last activity where you’re able to purchase digital pics from the photographer who accompanies the group. This is the only disappointment as the $90+ charge feels excessive for digital pics. It’s $25 for 1 photo or ALL the photos for $95. (There were 3 in our group so maybe that is taken into account?) Everything else, except for this one last mention was excellent. But they tend to leave a bad taste in your mouth because of how much things can be in Mexico, when you are being gouged as a tourist.

The experience was OKAY! ATV we’re a lot of fun … the trails were long & muddy. Horseback was fun, they do have someone to walk along in the event you need assistance or have never road. The cowboys as fun and very friendly. The cenote was great. Lunch was good. The tequila tasting was amazing. The zips lines were not as high or as long as I was expecting. They were above the roads we traveled on for the atv. I was thinking they were through the trees and the beautiful jungle would be below us but no. Overall it was a good experience. The staff was great, nothing was rushed. They threatened to kick us out the tour if we took photos with our phone, of course they want you to buy their pictures. I took photos anyways. No where does it say you cant have your phones or take photos!! So for that you get 3 stars.

This was such a fun experience , the staff was great, the activities were so fun! Don’t forget to take shoes you’d be comfortable getting dirty. You don’t really need bug spray unless your getting into the cenote. Staff was well attentive , and it was the perfect amount of time to do each activity. Would definitely recommend!

The ride from the hotel zone was about 45 minutes but pretty relaxing. The actual activities were very fun and the workers genuinely enjoy being there and helping. Be prepared to pay for pictures as you can’t take anything with you during the activities but they get so many it’s worth it. The cenote looks nothing like the pictures so I skipped that activity and went straight to lunch. The food was an amazing way to end the day.

This was the best price for 4 activities in one! I had to change my pickup location twice and each time the tour guide was happy to change it for me. You aren’t allowed to take your phone on any activity aside from on the cenote but we still had a ball. 2 tacos were included which was a plus and tequila tasting is included ! All in all 11/10. They also have an amazing photographer!

Ok Excursion to do while in Mexico. U can't take pics that socks. They took pics of all 3 out if 4 Excursions. 4th was the canote (I had no plans on buying pics unless they were the pics from cenote) and just our luck there was not photographer for that part. I think 1 or 2 of my family members got pics. The zip-linning was ok for others not good for Me, I've zip linked around a lot of countries this was the 1st 1 I didn't go all the way threw. Jus wasn't feeling the rocking tree house set. But yet only Excursion where u can do 4 activities for the price of 2 or 3 activities in 1 full day.

We had a wonderful day... the only issue we had was on the horseback ride... it could have been a little longer and a little faster, but other than that it was awesome... the ziplines, cenote, atvs and tequila tasting were great.... the atvs were hanging on by a thread but they got the job done 😆
