Arrive 8:30PM at the Caribbean Carnival Pier it's right next to Playa Tortugas Ferry terminal, Blvd. Kukulcan km 6.5 Zona Hotelera Cancun. Please leave your hotel in time. The boat will depart at 9:00PM sharply if you don't arrive by that time the boat will leave and you will not be refunded.

The boat was not what I...

The boat was not what I envisioned and the drinks that they served where terrible. And they hid the boat we actually took behind another one to make it seem as if we would be boarding the one in front. It definitely was not worth the hundred dollars they charged and to get a text message on the day of the event to pay a docking fee was absurd. I will never recommend or support anything with this company's name attached too it.. pure waste of time and money

Hello Leeann Norman, thanks for your review, we are disappointed you did not have a good time as most of the feedback we got from that night was awesome! Regarding our boat being behind another one it is not we are hiding it it is that is our position on the dock we are behind a bigger boat, we are actually very proud of our boat which has two floors, 2 Jacuzzis, 4 regular bathrooms, 2 for women and 2 for guys, a full bar. Regarding the docking fee is also clearly explained on the non inclusions and on your confirmation email, to all future customers please read your confirmation email. We also have emailed you for free all the pics from the night. Hope you had a nice flight home!
