Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Cool camel experience

The camel ride itself was an awesome experience and I highly recommend. The only part that needs improved is the transportation ride back. Just be prepared to wait 1 hour (which is fine, you can enjoy the beautiful beach or grab some food/drinks). The driver didn’t have our correct hotel to drop us off and dropped us off at the wrong hotel.. wasn’t too far so we walked. Other than that, the camel ride was great! The pictures are $95 for all or $35 for one.

The camel experience was fantastic!! My three kids, husband and I had an amazing time. Pickup was seamless, arrived easily, the camels were so docile and beautiful. The ride was fun and the photos are awesome. Totally unique adventure and well worth it. The beach was nice after and it’s the perfect amount of time to just enjoy and relax. The staff were so nice and the three men running the camels were friendly, knowledgeable and very good overall.

Made us miss our next excursion! DOESNT MENTION HOUR AND A HALF WAIT AFTER CAMELS. MANY PEOPLE HAD THIS PROBLEM. Cabs were so expensive as well. No accommodation either.

The men handling the camels were so friendly and made the experience. The camels were a lot taller then I expected. It was a great life experience. We were a little bummed we didn’t go through the jungle but they said the bugs would be too bad that day.

I paid and booked this experience and arrived at the pick up hotel as per my ticket confirmation. I waited at the pick up hotel from 9 am ready to be collected at 9:30 am and nobody arrived. When you contact customer service they are rude and useless and all they said was sorry ! No refund or re booking was offered! They have changed the pick up time which was not confirmed to us via telephone nobody gave us a call to let us know ! Paid for nothing and company so rude ! Please do not book and waste money ! Dissapointed travelled all the way to Mexico from UK for this and ended up with nothing !!!!! Disgusting company !!!!!
