People with asthma, heart or brain problems, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery less than 1 year are not allowed to dive, unless you bring a medical authorization signed by a physician who specializes in your disease.
Keep in mind you need to rest between 18 - 24 hours after diving before take an airplane

For this activity people must know how to swim
As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection
Morning Itinerary: Check-in 8:00 AM; Boat departure 9:30 AM; Return to dock 12:30 PM
Afternoon Itinerary: Check-in 10:30 AM; Boat departure 1:00 PM; Return to dock around 4:30 PM

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

My experience was good but it was very scary lol if you have no fears then you can do this .. because at first they give you a practice run in the regular pool and that’s going be a breeze it you going think it’s so easy like i thought it was . Lol i was wrong . It like by time it was for us to go in the real water i was scared . It was like a mind thing . It’s every time i went under i wanted to keep going up . But i went bout 30 fit under . You can be down there for up to 40 mins . I was down there 17 mins then i was good i was very nervous but it was very good experience ask me would i do it again idk but that’s cause i already did . But you should’ve give it a shot , everybody different.. also the boat ride to the jump in point . Gave me a lil motion sickness, real rocky but it was overall good

You are right: for this activity is super important to control your fears so you can do it successfully, this depend only in the person as everyone is different, regarding to sea sick we have a recommendation before buy the activity to take pills for motion sickness to prevent it, we would love to see you next time you visit Cancun for the revenge!

You will have the time of your life. It’s an excursion truly for beginners. You start off in the pool before you go to the ocean. The instructor was very thorough and she made she we were comfortable at all times. We paid for the pictures and received them right at the end of the excursion. Id definitely recommend this activity for anyone who’s ever wanted to try scuba diving

If you can, you must request Lorraine. She is the reason this trip was so wonderful. We couldn't have made it without her. My sister and I are nervous Nellie's, so I don't know how we even decided scuba was a good idea for us, but when in Mexico you do crazy things! Just having a woman instructor put us at ease. She's so calm. She knew how to make us relax, and signal us in the water to breathe calmly. She held on to us. I was getting anxious about equalizing, but she hung in there with me until I was able to safely ascend. It was miraculous down there! Ohhhh! We will do this again, but only with Lorraine! :-)

A perfect scuba experience !

I am a first time scuba diver and Marin did a great job explaining the process and equipment. Carolina communicated well regarding checkin. Dived at 2 spots and saw colorful fish, turtle, manta ray, yellow sting ray. He guided us to the spots with lots of fish and other marine life. Apart from these, he took great videos and photos underwater and even sent an 80 sec edited video. Those are truly amazing and totally worth the price you pay.

What an incredible experience! Our expert dive instructors, Lorena and Carolina were top notch. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable during our first scuba diving adventure. My only complaint is I wish our small group spread out a little bit during the swim. A couple of the other divers kept whacking me lol. So if that happens, just stick to the back. Other than that. You won’t regret this excursion. Plenty of tropical fish and coral reefs to see. Got the opportunity to see flat fish, lobsters, sea star, star fish, sand dollars, and numerous other tropical fish. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Lorena, I think was our instructors name, was wonderful and patient. She held my hand the entire time. I had a very hard time trying to equalize the pressure so she went down with me very slowly. The water is so crystal clear and seeing so much life on the reef, it was amazing. We will definitely seek this company out for our next trip
