This sunset cruise was amazing! We were a group of 10, and this was quite possibly everyone's favorite excursion. The staff was great, bartender was fantastic, and they had a saxophone player who really made the ride enjoyable with his music. They gave us 1.5 hours at Isla Mujeres to walk around, which was a perfect time to see the small island. They serve a snack on board - some nuts and vegetables and a sandwich since it's during dinner time, which was a nice touch. They anchored the boat for a while to allow us to take pics of the sunset while guests swam if they chose to. My family loved the experience and would highly recommend. The only issue we had was our return transportation was about 20 minutes late, so we were literally the only people left waiting, as all other drivers were waiting for their guests when we docked. Other than that, it was all we could have wished for!

Do this tour! Amazing people and experience. My family and I had the best time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming I would definitely do this tour again some day. 10/10 no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful and the nicest people.

Do it! This was so much fun! Willy Wonka was amazing! The whole crew deserves a shout out. From the musician, Dj, server, captain, photographer, bartender, to the lifeguard. I had a memorable birthday experience! I won't tell too much but there were surprises galore. I will tell everyone I know to book this if they come to the area. You won't regret it. Ps. Tell the photographer I want my pics.... we forgot to reconvene lol. 😂

Perfect little trip if you're short on time or want to sample Isla Mujeres! Pick up and drop off transportation was no hassle at all. The crew on board gave everyone a fun experience and the popular music played on trombone or saxophone was lively!! The time on Isla Mujeres was definitely short, maybe a little over an hour - but just enough time to walk several blocks, pop into a shop or 2, and grab a quick bite! Back on the Catamaran, the sunset was to be viewed from North Beach but the sun hid behind the clouds... Even so, the sky, colors, and vibes were immaculate! The excited energy followed us back to Cancun where transportation back was also seamless. Wonderful evening.

Everything was amazing from the moment the shuttle picked us up until they dropped us off at our resort at the end of the evening. Willy and his crew were absolutely amazing, entertaining and fun. This was the best part of our vacation. We got to swim in the Caribbean Sea at sunset. There was a lot of drinking and dancing. We met a lot of wonderful people from all over the world. If you get the chance to take this cruise you will not be disappointed

The captain and crew were amazing from start to finish. We stopped off at the island for a bit which is beautiful! We saw the sunset and were allowed to go into the water. If you can’t swim, then they have life jackets.

William and the crew were absolutely amazing at hosting the sunset tour. The drinks were delicious and they even provided a nice snack. The surprise tequila tasting was top notch and they also provided a discount for those of us wanting to buy some. I got to experience my first time jumping off a boat into the water so that was one of my favorite highlights of the night. The music was amazing, the atmosphere was so welcoming and I truly enjoyed myself as a solo traveler. For spending my first night here in Mexico, thankful I chose this as my first excursion. Thank you all for an amazing experience. Definitely a cruise worth experiencing!!!

Too expensive for what they offer

First, the team needs to pay more attention on organizational moment. Good thing was music on way back and dances, and swimming. They are nice. The worst, they left me on island and were on way back without 2 people on the boat!!! How? You don’t count how many person you have? After free walk on island they said we meet at 8pm near the store. I was there at 8.03-8.05. I see nobody is there, so I rub to the boat and I see that they were leaving already. Understand? 8.07 - all people were in boat and they left already. They didn’t even wait a little bit, they were on boat before 8. good, they were not far and saw my high light, and returned. this is unacceptable. I waited for the driver 40min.Only when I said that I am not interested any more and to proceed refund, he contacted the driver to see what happens. He said there was accident in road, not sure if is true because other people said that they also waited long. So, my point is that they have to announce people if there is a delay more than 10min. Second, pretty expensive because you pay extra $15 at the dock. That people don’t have an USA salary. for almost $60 i can have a boat tour in NYC. Drinks they provided were like juice, almost no alcohol. Ridiculous! Work on the quality of service you provide.

We did this on our first day arriving to Cancun and it was a blast! Beautiful views, good unlimited mixed drinks/beer, and a live saxophonist playing to mainstream music! He really made the entire time a blast! All the guides hyped up the experience while on the boat which made it so much fun! Definitely worth trying!

Great experience. Crew was fun and engaging. Full on party the whole time on the boat. We had a 18 month old with us and the boat was very safe. Trip on the island was fun but the crew on the boat made it a memorable experience.

Fantastic live musicians, great vibes. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful sunset cruise. Had to pay 15 dollar per person dock fee before boarding the boat.

The sunset cruise was fun! They picked us up at the hotel. Although a long drive to the marina. The boat was beautiful, the crew were amazing and the ocean views were phenomenal. We even stopped off to do a little shopping amd grab a snack a isle mujeres and some people went swimming. We got back on the boat and then had drinks and played good music. If you like to dance they encouraged to enjoy the boat. We ended the night with more music and a saxaphone player. The crew were so nice and then we got into our shuttle about 830 pm to get a ride back to our hotel.

On our way back to Puerto Sam, they allow us to jump in the water right before the sunset. The crew was really great, kind, accommodating, entertaining and dispensed alcohol responsibly. Keep in mind Playa Norte is a public beach and specially crowded on weekends. The trip was fun and well organized

The tour was great. However, I did not like that they charged an additional $15.00 when I arrived. Then when we got back they wanted another tip. I booked another excursion and no one asked for additional taxes and fees. However, besides that it really was a lovely tour.
