BEWARE! Book another excursion!

Unless you want to be herded like cattle and manipulated into going to a store where you’re immediately approached to spend money take another trip. You start out at what they call snorkeling. About half the boat chose to sit it out. Tons of boats, really strong current. You’re told to hold onto a rope and it’s very rushed and stressful. You then go to the backside of the island and again are herded down a dock; down a busy street to a very hot and crowded restaurant. The food is mediocre at best and the beer was hot. The beach is very small and there’s a wall not far off the beach that keeps you from going further than waist deep. When you get to downtown you’re told that if something happens with your golf cart they’re leaving you. Then you’re told you need a wristband to get back on the boat despite not needing one prior. You’re lead through crowds and down a street to a crowded shop where they immediately try to sell you something. You don’t have enough time to rent a golf cart and explore and it’s so crowded everywhere that we just got a table and hung out. Boarding the boat is chaos. The ride back is the best part but they claim to be “under sail” but the engine is running. Spend your money somewhere else!

The cruise was fun, drinks were plenty and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The checking in process however could use some adjustments. When we arrived there were too many people waiting for their cruises to depart and it was really crowded. We waited over an hour in the scorching sun before boarding the cruise. I would recommend that the company stagger the times for guest arrivals and cruise departures to avoid the long waits in future. Overall though, we had an enjoyable time after boarding.

The boat ride itself was a great time. The workers were very attentive and encouraged us to have fun while on the boat. The worst part of the trip w was when we were off the boat to get food and visit isla mujeres. The food/buffet was not the best for what is paid for in the package. Isla Mujeres was insanely beautiful but the trip was dampened because me and my friends had to pay for seating, which was insane to me. I’ve spent all this money and I can’t even sit? Anyway the catamaran was fun, but not everything after that. The workers on the boat were amazing though!

I had a blast with Cancun Sailing! My boyfriend and I were hosted/guided by Rena and we were on the Aleta boat. The entire boat staff amazing job keeping everyone on the boat happy (especially with the open bar) and comfortable. Isla Mujeres is beautiful and you have more than enough time to explore, eat at the included buffet and relax on the island. Free tequila tasting is included on the island and discounted jewelry. I will definitely be returning if back in Cancun!

The entire experience was great! Got picked up right on time, the boat was a really nice size and not to many people aboard. We saw some amazing things snorkeling and spent time on the island. The bartender in the boat didn’t let any cup go empty and after a bit everyone was just in a group hanging out. 10/10

Let's see. For one I was told that (we would highly recommend that you don't snorkel because I was out of shape and on the heavy side). No where on the website did it mention anything about weight or not being able to snorkel if you were heavy set. I am 6 feet and I weigh 280 pounds and I work out four days a week at Planet Fitness. Furthermore it said there would be 30 minutes of snorkeling and my friends who were allowed to snorkel were upset because it only lasted about 15 to 20 minutes max. The buffet that we were taken to had bad food but the beach was beautiful. The island of Isla Mujures is nothing but a tourist trap. Every five seconds someone is trying to sell you something. There were even tip jars in the restrooms taped to the toilets. The whole excursion was terrible other than the beach and this is one that is worth skipping.

Fun but crowded. Crew was awesome.

The snorkeling experience was a lot of fun. I can say that the place is super busy, they must be running 5-8 catamarans at the same time so coordination was a bit confusing. Be prepared to WAIT for your ride back to the hotel. You are tired, hot, and it was a bit annoying trying to figure out what vehicle you were assigned to. Do expect that they probably have agreements with with places where you are dropped off on the Isla to sell you items from their “family” members.

Slightly disappointing trip all in. Paid quite a lot of money the majority of which we spent travelling and on the way home a bus full of youngsters playing loud music and throwing up it was awful. The catamaran trip was the best part and the crew were fab. The lunch was only just edible and the island was so full of tourists and vendors it was not pleasent

Amazing trip, snorkelling, beach club on Isla Mujeres then headed to the other side of the island for more free time.. plenty of time on the island and even rented a golf buggy for 1 hour.. the staff on the boat were amazing and very entertaining! They kept the drinks flowing can’t complain!
