What made our trip so great was the tour guide himself plus the amazing experience that came with it. Hazael was our tour guide. 10/10 recommended to request him. When our tour was canceled last minute due to the oceans not being safe that day. He gave us the option to go home or to roll with the punches that life gives you and make the most out of our day. With the promise of bringing us to the lagoon to snorkel which we might still have a chance to see a turtle or two. While also visiting s cenote first and having lunch that was all already paid for. We agreed to continue. Shortly after he called his manager to switch the location of the cenote to one of his favorite locations because he wanted to make up for the last minute changes. It ended up being the most beautiful cenotes with the most passages with in it. Hazael taught us alot about the history of mexico and relationship they have with the cenotes. After we snorkeled in the lagoon and saw sooo many fish unfortunately no turtles this time around but it was still very fun especially for my first time snorkeling. Afterward we had a short trip to a private beach where we had a beautiful prepared meal with great service. The beach had a nice bar with swing seats and bunch of cabanas over looking the water where my husband and I took a short nap before trip back come from talcum to cancun. Over all though we are so happy that we had the pleasure to meet Hazael. He really made the whole experience amazing.

What a fun excursion! Our tour guide, Eric, was spectacular! He kept us entertained during the drive between locations and he adjusted the schedule on the fly to improve our experience (less drive time and a better chance of seeing turtles). Eric took us through all three chambers of the cenote and helped us avoid other groups so we could get a more private experience. And extra props to our driver, David, who found some towels for me and my husband b/c we forgot to pack ours. The beach for lunch was lovely, however the food was just ok. But that was the only part of the day that was just so-so. Would highly recommend this tour!

I wish the water was as clear as the picture and the transportation was longer than the actual activities. Our Guide however was amazing and the cenote was too just wish we coupdve swam longer in it

Many turtles, stingrays and other species to watch. Cenotes swim awesome. Finished with a nice lunch and relaxing time. I bit pricy but worth it.

The whole tour and activites were very well organized, staff accompanying us was very friendly and helpful. The snorkling with the turtles was a dream and all the locations we were taken to were breath taking. Definitely recommend.

The swim was nice but very few turtles I think that was the bad part we only saw a couple of them I hope the turtles have a comeback as it was cool

Danny was an exceptional tour guide. The cenote was amazing. The food at the beach lunch was the best I had on my whole trip.

The cenote was amazing and our guide, Brandon, gave us a wonderful perspective of the Mayan culture. Unfortunately, the drive from Cancun was miserable , we were packed in an old transportation van that had no suspension or apparently springs in the seats. Traffic, due to road construction made our trip close to three hours in a hot, crowded space. Weather also prohibited snorkeling with the turtles. Our tour guide brought us to another small brackish pool, but it was packed with other people and water clarity was bad. this was certainly not our guide’s fault, but I think the company should have given us a chance to cancel, considering the trip was advertised as turtle swimming. Lunch was average, but the club site was lovely, even though we couldn’t swim due to water conditions. Overall disappointing and expensive. Suggestions would be upgrade transportation, be more transparent about what to expect.

Due to the weather we didn’t get to go do the turtle snorkeling but went to a lagoon to snorkel which was fine because there still plenty of fish to see. The cenote cave was amazing but be prepared for swimming in very cold water! Totally worth it!

The sea turtles by far were the most memorable part of the trip. The tour guide was awesome. He took special care in helping my 9 year old daughter. He was super knowledgeable, called us by our names. The best tour guide I’ve ever had and we do lots of excursions.
Amazing turtles, unique cenote, requires lots of driving and a little athleticism.

Seeing and swimming with sea turtles was amazing. I was also blown away by how unique the cenote experience was. The guides were great. Snacks were provided and the included lunch was delicious. The only downsides were the long dirt roads we had to go down to reach the cenote and lots of time spent in the car driving. I also wish we knew we would not be able to bring flippers, maybe I missed it in the instructions. Also, the trip did require a little bit of athleticism between the cold and slightly claustrophobic cenote as well as the sea turtle swimming against some small waves. They had a lifesaver ring in case anyone needed it, but this would probably be a difficult tour for people who are not in shape.
