We had Marco and Rodrigo as tour guides and they were more than excellent, both spoke English perfectly , they also took the best photos of everyone in our group and knew the best photo spots! So glad I chose this tour over the others yes it’s early but you get to be there before all the crowds and before the heat at Chichen itza , I’m so thankful I went with this exact tour! My partner and I thought the food was excellent at the buffet, the pork was truly something they roast/cook it for 12 hours ! The shopping was nice , the Tequila tasting was great , The swimming in the Cenote was fun and beautiful but it did feel rushed and not as much time there , all in all it was a fantastic tour and I learned so much from the tour guides and the bus rides were quite, smooth and clean and felt relaxing as well!

Great experience at Chichén Itza which we would recommend to anyone. Our guide on this tour (Rúben) was very good, he had a lot of knowledge on the subject, told it in a fun way, and was happy to answer questions. Cenote was also beautiful though downside is that it was, of course, packed with tourists (like us) which takes away some of the beauty. Don't choose this tour if you specifically also want to explore Valladolid because time there was very short (just got to walk around the, pretty, central square). Busride was very smooth and comfortable. Lunch was ok, nothing too special.

The trip was really interesting experience. Our tour guide Frank was always helpful and shared interesting information. Trip was safe (thank you our driver Luna). And we loved Rodrigo who was taking care of us in Chichen Itza. He has a huge knowledge about that place. We enjoyed that trip a lot. Favorite stop was a cenote. We all love it.

There are many trips available in Cancun but this is was awesome and kids friendly. We left early in the morning that was the BEST idea thanks to those Amigo travel. We were able to avoid all kinds of crowd and nice weather. Marco and rodrigo was just amazing and ready to accommodate everything you need. Especially the Cenote experience was amazing. I will definitely recommend to anyone It is very educational but also comfortable and enjoyable and when we return to our hotel we still have lots of time to spend relaxing at the pool. The tour was too long and I got convid from that tour, won’t recommend if you want to relax on your vacation. The food which they called buffer tasted horrible and I never got any free drink which was included on the VIP.

Fantastic day, many happy memories made. Great guide and driver. Chichen itsa was amazing as was the cenote and tequila tasting. Weakest points; the English tour guide at chichen itsa (just needs practice doing the tour in English) and the laborious sorting out of the transfers/coaches.

Good: They picked me up at my hotel as planned at 6:30 and they were very good on timing each activity (no delays). The guides Daniel and Alvaro knew a lot about Mayan culture. We were back entering Cancun by 6:30pm. Bad: The order of the activities made no sense to me, first they took us to Valladolid to take a look or shop for 30 min which was ok. But after that we went to some place for more sales and had lunch there at 10:30am!! Way to early for lunch, food was ok. Finally we got to Chichén Itzá at 12:30, which might be the hottest time possible. And it was Sunday so it was crowded. We were there for 2 hours and then went to the cenote. They should go to Chichen right after Valladolid but felt like they want to take you to that stores place first just to get more chances of you shopping there. Since the guide was insisting about handcrafts were better there than in Chichén Itzá even if more expensive bc they were “real”.

Great experience to Chichen Itza and swimming in a cenote. The tour guide, Marco, was fantastic with amazing knowledge. We’ll worth the early start as we were able to beat the crowds in all places. One large downside was that the trip was sold as including a visit to Validolid which did not happen. When we asked Marco why he said that this part had not been included since May due to covid restrictions. All our emails from Viator and Amigo kept Validolid in the itinerary and never said this was excluded. We booked with them as this was an extra over the TUI package.
