For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

While participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables things.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Would not pick up from my hotel in Tulum and made me meet at a grocery store. Van broke down on the way there and the driver had to get 3 taxis for us to be taken to another driver at a gas station. Because we were behind, they condensed all activities to 20 minutes or less. Got there at approx 10am and were done with all activities and lunch by 1:30. They would not allow you to bring your phone on ATVs or zip line so they are the only ones to get photos. I was never offered mine and never even got to see them. On the way back to Tulum (in a different van) the entire window fell out of the door and onto my shoulder. I do not suggest this activity. The guide Roberto was impatient, did not listen, left people behind and didn’t notice or care, and pushy. He gave little to no instruction on anything and seemed bothered by every little thing. I have requested a refund as this was supposed to be a full day activity and I was back in Tulum by 4 which is 2 hours from the site.

We remind you that each of the activities has a time limit in order to successfully complete the day's schedule. The reason why we do not let you take your cell phone on the activities is for safety, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted by taking pictures while riding their ATV. By not using electronic devices while performing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well being.
