Do not use

Do NOT use this company. I payed 645.00 for a snorkel trip on a catamaran and was left standing on the side of the road expected to board on a little broken down water taxi for snorkeling. They handed us a snorkel tube with no masks or flippers. A cooler filled with beer and when I refused, the tour guide had disappeared and did not return my call. I had to pay my own way back to hotel.

Beautiful but not for english speakers

Holbox is beautiful. The cenote as well even if crowded. Too bad our guide didnt speak english well it was very hard to understand since he didnt speak good and had a very strong accent (not his fault but we booked the tour saying we were speaking english). We couldnt enjoy the bike ride cause he barely gave us understandable instructions and didnt show us were to get them or anything so we just stayed on the beach. If you speak spanish you will enjoy it more. I am vegetarian and my lunch box was 2 slice of bread and some salad and tomatoes inside.. The crew was nice but we couldnt really enjoy the tour.
