You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

My favorite part of riding the atv is riding pass the crocodiles. That was really exciting because I wasn't expecting it. The whole tour was awesome. Our tour guides Elias and Kevin were the best. They were funny and kept us laughing.

Very Fun!

We had a really exciting time with the ATV and WAVERUNNER combo. The amount of time we spent out was just enough. Not too short but also not too long. I’ve been out on multiple ATV rides in different places but this one was by far the best one I’ve been on. The jet skis were great because you’re not limited to a small area and the guides on both go at your level of comfortability. I would come back to do this again and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Easy to book. Communication was consistent. Pick up time and location was always on point and timely. The return was just as timely. Guides were amazing. Friendly, patient and funny. Safety was always observed and practiced. If you like a little speed or alot this tour was fantastic with a lot of edge.

Overall it was a fun experience but the timing for those that purchase a double tour should have time in between to look at pictures before moving on to the next tour. I wasn't able to see my pictures from the first tour which was the ATV ride and when I emailed the company about it once I left, they didn't even give me an option to have a look at my pictures from a website.

Both the ATV guides and the wave runner guides were super attentive and explained everything carefully and clearly. This was a quality experience that my wife and I will never forget. It's a real shame I cant remember the guides names as I would have given them a special mention so that they can get the recognition that they deserve. We visited on the 16th August and are from London UK so hopefully the connection can be made.

This was an amazing tour! Every staff member was very friendly and the overall tour operator was exceptional. We selected the ATV and speedboats. From the time that we arrived at Maromar Beach, each step of the process to sign waivers, obtain lockers, where to meet for the tour was clearly explained. Where one staff member finished, they immediately directed us to the next person who would assist. The process was flawless taking into account that different people were there for different tours but the operator seemed to keep us all organized even though we may be going in different directions based on the tour selected. Neither tour component felt rushed. The only reason that I am giving this tour a 4 instead of a 5 is because we were given vouchers for lunch (sub sandwich meal) that we did not get to use. After the tour was over, the shuttle back to Cancun was arriving in 10 minutes. The next shuttle out was another 2 hours. Yes, we could have eaten and hung out at the beach for the 2 hours because the location is absolutely beautiful but we were ready to head back. Because the transportation was scheduled to arrive in the next 10 minutes, we also didn't get to look over the pictures thoroughly that had been taken of our adventure. I wanted to make a purchase but I was fearful of missing the van. If I could have given a 4.5 rating, I would have.

Worth the money for sure.

Good time. the parasailing was unavailable but they let us switch activities. Did the Waverunner and ATV combo, the ATV was fun about an hour or so of activity in 3-4 locations. definitely recommend wearing bug spray. Waverunners were cool, wouldn't recommend for nonswimmers and non-adventurers, the ride was intense but fun. Would do again, good value for the money

I booked the ATV and Speedboat combo and it was a great experience. Both tour were enjoyable. The trails had bumps and turns! The speedboat was great and even though you have a tour guide, you can drive at your own speed and enjoy yourself! Each tour felt longer than 45 minutes which was great! I would recommend either/combo tour. Only thing is, food and drinks were NOT included but the island has a bar/hunt that you can purchase from. The location also offer dolphin activities that you can book. They will help arrange transportation if you want to stay and do extra activities.

Speed boats and ATVs tours were great. Took off 1 star for the way plan is structured to not having time to eat buffet that was included in price. We finished our tours at 2 and then went to buffet before our transportation pick up at 2:30 to find out that it's NOT a buffet and we were told to sit down at restaurant and wait for waiter. we waited for 15 minutes and no waiter came up, so we left hungry. Buffet means food is ready there for self pick up, so it was misrepresented in package deal.

The ATV experience was very fun. The tour guide was patient and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The water runners were fun too but I felt that the tour guide was leaving us at times. I would do the experience again and try the speed boats.

Me and girlfriend booked the trip while staying in playa de Carmen. The guide David was very helpful and very fun to guide us on our ATV’s. We also did the wave runners was also a blast. Carlos was a great teacher and let us have fun with turns and straight always to get the real feel of the wave runners.

The speedboat was great! The ATV was terrible the people were nice but the trail was short not worth the time and the hill was about 4ft tall. A huge let down and I'm 56yrs old so imagine that.

Loved the experience!!! The atvs were super fun. We rode the doubles and didn’t feel that it took any away from the experience. The group stayed together and the tour guides made it super fun and exciting. Would highly recommend doing the ATVs and then the wave runner or speed boats next. The splashes were super refreshing after a long day. Everyone was nice and friendly. Wish we could’ve stayed at maroma beach for the day because seemed like lots of activities there but our ride was leaving right after our activities. We loved that it was a lot of fun but not an all day event

The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the activities were delayed by over 30 minutes each, other than that, the jet ski and atv rides were awesome! Definitely something fun to do when you come to Mexico.
