  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Jorge Rivas was an excellent driver! He took care of me and my family from and to the airport. A representative was exactly where I was told he would be and was easy to identify. Very prompt service and we were even provided beverages upon pick up. I highly recommend this company and we would definitely book again!

Excellent service. On time. I will use this company again. The only thing is that the paper said that the guy who will pick us up in the airport will be wearing dark green so we were looking for dark green uniform but the guy is wearing white so it took us around 25 minutes to find him holding my name. Anyway, thank you.

Driver Late

Overall the trip was good. Driver was late which was very stressful arriving in Cancun. We were being pressured to take other transportation. We were told to look for green shirts which is no longer the uniform. He was very nice & accommodating once he arrived. The driver going back to the airport was waiting on us @ the hotel when we walked out.

Thank you very much for your feedback, the airport should be stressing about pick hours, we apologize if you could not find us immediately, we are always there, some unauthorized use the speech that we are not there to scam the passengers, once you get the transportation they charge more and they ask you to as for refund. We are glad to see that the departure was great.
It works but not worth the money

I guess it was just ok. The driver was super late. When i talked to the operator, he said a “woman” was standing outside with my name on a sign. Turns out this guy walked up about 10 mins later with my name written on a sign. The van was clean, but very old and all lights were on the dash. Kinda scary on those 2 dark roads we traveled to get to the resort.

Worse Airport Transfer Ever

This was our worst experience using Viator. Our plane was delayed so there was no one at the airport to pick us up. We called the number on the reservation several times and didn’t get an answer. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to our hotel. There needs to be better communication and we would like a full refund for the inconvenience.

Didn't show up. No call or text. Another company reaches out to them to get an update, somehow finally comes after I was waiting for about 30 minutes. I cancel and went with another airport transport company.

They never showed up. I had to pay $60 for a cab. I will never recommend this company. I am a travel agent who travels travels to be able to recommend various companies for my business. I will not recommend viator and I request a full refund

Pickup great, return not so great

Pickup from the airport was great. Very easy to find our driver in a bright green shirt. He also had cold beverages/cervesas in the van to greet us with which was awesome. The pickup back however, was not the same experience. The travel company Cancun Vacation Experts outsourced our ride to a local taxi company. Thus, the experience wasn't the same going back to the airport. Instead the driver wasn't that personal/friendly and the van wasn't nearly as nice.

Great service. Our luggage was late and received a call from transportation asking if everything was ok as they waited outside for us. Once we collectively our luggage and proceeded outside sign with our name was being held up. We checked in and within about ten minutes we were on our way to the hotel. Pick up was in time and very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use this service again. Was great to avoid a bus load of others and making multiple stops at the other resorts dropping and picking people up.

Jésus was phenomenal. He was aware that the other flight was delayed and there to meet me when my flight land. Very accommodating and understanding of my needs (restroom, changing cloths, etc.) while we waited for the delayed flight arrive. We are grateful that Viator was able to accommodate our request. Chris was also wonderful driving us to the resort. Wonderful experience.
