We suggest you print and take these recommendations with you: • Once you land in Cancun, you must go through immigration and customs first, after migration you can collect your luggage and go to the main exit of the airport building. • Upon reaching the main exit you will notice a panoramic glass door. • Passing this door you will notice an indefinite number of representatives of transporters and travel agencies with Passenger Name Signs and logos of the different companies and companies. • One of these representatives will be waiting for you duly uniformed with a GO CANCÚN sign and your name written on a virtual tablet. Important Notice: Before leaving the airport building, you may be contacted by a timeshare agent from a hotel who, for entertaining you and trying to sell you, will tell you to help us contact you after listening to you, we ask you to Please do not be fooled and continue abroad. When leaving the building it could be a bit overwhelming to see a large number of representatives with signs and to be able to contact our representative, we advise you not to lose your cool. Your representative will be waiting for you as long as necessary. In the event that for any reason you cannot find your representative, we suggest you call us at the numbers below, we recommend that you do not let representatives of other carriers try to help you and dial for you. Or they will inform you that your representative has already retired, please ignore if possible check yourself as unofficial and insecure transporters will try to sell you the transfer to your hotel. All our drivers and representatives are duly uniformed with a phosphorescent green filipina and black pants, both with the STP CARIBE AND GO CANCUN AIRPORT SHUTTLE logo. Upon arriving in Cancun, my husband and I received a text from our representative (Alexander) who was waiting outside for us with an electronic sign with my name displayed. He walked us to our limo where Carlos was waiting with cool hand towels, sanitizing spray, beer, water and canned margaritas awaited. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful, he even called our hotel who waited for us outside the Sensira Hotel doors. It was nice to not have to figure out how we were going to get to our hotel and to have someone waiting and expecting our arrival. I highly recommend this!!!!! It was worth every penny!!!!!!

I paid for luxury suv they sent a white van and told me because I changed my pickup time they didn’t have a choice, however I didn’t change the time my flight was 2:30 they had me down for a pickup time at 2 does that make since I was told by the driver when he dropped me off he will be there at 10:00am they didn’t refund me anything told me because I changed the time be for real.

Hello Robin S As i have already looked into this situation it´s important to remark that you came in a party with different flights, however our pickup information was that of your first flight at 12:00 noon. your first flight landed on time and the people of that flight all landed and exited the airport on time, and we were waiting for you. you exited the airport up to 2:44 pm because you were waiting for your friends and yoour party however the pickup time was at 12:00 hrs, by that time we had already Tried all possible ways to contact you with no available response. And because we had not an available response up to 2:44 our SUV left at 2:00 pm because we had no available response after two hours of waiting the airport platforms. nevertheless we still gave you and your group the service with your confirmation as i can see on my email, with an extra cooler with beers because our compromise is to always provide the best customer service. We hope to see you again soon

Absolutely worst experience

****DO NOT GO WITH THIS OPERATOR***** We were very disappointed in the service. I was notified by the contact after we purchased this that I owed more funds because of the area that my hotel is in although we included all that detail online when we first booked it. I was then contacted by a Carlos who messaged us that he will be waiting for us with a sign at the airport. I messaged Carlos when our plane was landing that we’d be about 45 mins, messaged him again as we were going through customs at the 30 minute mark and again at 15 minutes notice when we were getting our luggage. When we finally arrived to meet him, we still had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes outside of the airport in the heat for the driver to arrive. Once we got into the vehicle, the driver, Francisco, and Carlos, both made us wait in the car for ANOTHER 25-30 mins because they forgot to get us drinks!!! Even though i said to go they kept saying it’s just 4-5 mins away. If they really wanted to, they could have just bought a couple of bottles of water for us at the multiple stores, kiosks, bars and vending machines at the airport since it was just my mother and me but I ended up asking them to forego the drinks (even through they advertised that it is included). They finally left and as we were driving a good 5 mins, the driver asked me where I was going?! I was completely shocked as I had made arrangements with this tour operator weeks in advance with all this detail as to where we were going and its address. When I told him we are going to the Barcelo Maya Beach, he didn’t know where that was?! It’s only one of the largest resort chains where four resorts are connected together with over 2000 rooms and he didn’t know where that was.?! He showed me his google maps and said that there was this other “Barcelo Maya Beach” which only had two reviews and was a random building 15 mins away from airport. The legitimate google review had over 17 thousand reviews and he didn’t know how to determine which one to take me to?! At any rate, I was thoroughly disappointed and will never go with Viator or tour operator again.

We have find that our reservation center had contacted you multiple times and you didn´t answer our calls or text messages, you contacted us until you were already on the hotel paradisus and claimed that you had recieved our calls or text messages and that you didn´t answer to strangers calls. You´ve claimed that you tried to call us through the taxi cellphone number, we´ve never recieved that call, this is a common scam in the cancun international airport by multiple taxi companies in which they claimed that they´ve contacted the enterprise and that the enterprise will pay the service to the customer later. We´re sorry that yoou were a victim to this common scam however our airport representatives we´re waiting for you as well as our driver on the designated pickup location. When you exit the airport and walk into the “sea” of people yelling at you to ride with them, and asking you where you’re going and to let them take you, or that your service is a bum, or what is your name, etc., it is definitely nice to see your name on a screen, walk calmly with a friendly person to a very nice vehicle with tons of luggage space, and go quietly to your resort. Highly recommend this service
