Cancellation Policy

Please do not book with this company. When you are making your reservation, it ask you for pick up times as if it will pick You up when you want , but they will not. They will put you on an early schedule that is hours before your flight! And then say that you are canceling when in fact they cannot come to get you. Please do not book with them , the customer service is bad and they don’t care

Company was not aware of us coming. We had no ride from airport to hotel. Bad experience with Nexus group refund was requested through the company. I will not use this company ever again.

I messaged to pick me up at 6:30am. I didn't hear back from anyone. The next morning they get to my hotel at 5:30am. The hotel manager came to my room and told me I had 10 mins to catch the shuttle. I packed everything up and by the time I got down to the lobby, the shuttle was gone.

Took some time for the shuttle to get going since I was only one to be taken to hotel in centro area.. anyway, driver was good, shuttle was good (comfortable, good a/c), no issues. I'd recommend.

Best transportation to/from airport

By far the best way to get from the Cancun airport to your hotel or Air B&B. The shuttle service was timely, efficient and cost-effective. A taxi would have charged us at least double the amount, whereas this was securely done for a fraction of the price. Excellent service and excellent drivers.

The Nexus driver and officer were nice & helpful, however, Viator hasn’t processed my booking with them and I had to wait an hour extra to get the shuttle. I am very dissatisfied with Viator booking sadly, wouldn’t recommend. Nexus are great though!
