    Take a bus to the hotel zone and reach km 2.2, it´s so easy. We are at the backside of the Imperial Las Perlas Hotel. Daily we offer a schedule to the beautiful reefs of Isla Mujeres, the boat sets sail at 10:00 in the morning so you must arrive at the marina Las Perlas at 9:30 am.

This was a great experience, we had an amazing time. This is something you don’t want to miss. If you are shuttling then just know it’s going to take a little longer but all in all we give it a 9/10.

They were very disorganized, the boat was over crowded, the music was not kids appropriate and doing the golf cart is a waste of money. One the journey, the coordination was very poor that they didn’t know how to assist with through traffic to allow the group to keep together especially when they brought us through the ghetto.

Not the greatest experience. From the get go, we we're lost. We did not understand what they were saying. Also, the Amount of time spent snorkeling was not worth the trouble of getting geared up. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic at times. The boat was overcrowded and there was no mask mandate or sanitation efforts in place.

We were hoping for relaxing environment and this was not it. This was a loud nonstop party atmosphere. The first stop off the boat was for lunch. You have the option to either stay at the beach for 2 hours or for 1 hour and do a cart tour for an hour. I recommend doing the cart tour because the beach club doesn’t have much to do and is not a great environment for young children. After we got off the second time it was for only 25 minutes and was very pointless. When we were finally docked again, they didn’t even tell us where our transport was or give us any directions of as to we we should go. We were transported back to our hotel with people we weren’t on the same boat with so we waited an hour or so for other people to get back from other boats. Overall this tour was pure chaos and they barely explained anything that was happening in English, so we didn’t ever totally understand what was happening half of the time.

An amazing time and great experience. My wife and I had a great time and they were very kind. We bought some jewelry in the city and they waited a few extra minutes so I could return it because it was broken. Very kind and helpful people.

No snorkeling - the reef we saw was almost dead

Avoid this tour if you’re going for snorkeling and relaxation. There will be a lot of alcohol and extremely loud music on a boat. Because many boats are coming to the reef at the same time, your boat will stop a couple hundred yards to the reef and you will be required to swim to the reef very fast not to loose your group. The reef itself is almost dead: no fresh corals and you will see only one kind of fish and a couple of statues far-far on a bottom. Avoid this tour from Tulum: it doesn’t worth to spend more than 3 hours in microbus filled-up completely, stopping many times on different resorts to pickup tourists. The sailing team itself does great job! The sailing itself was perfect!

I would have gave five stars because overall the experience on the yacht was beautiful and the only problem is most of the yacht for upgrade should not include children.That's the only downfall about this experience. There should be no children allowed on these type of experiences overall still a great experience drinks was ongoing, food was good, weather wasn't but still had a good time. Also wish there was more time to shop. I know we're all are hurting because of the pandemic but being harass while shopping is turn off. Lastly the boat was very clean and comfortable.

I felt slighted as an attendee of this tour. During the tour; there was no American music played and the guides catered to the Hispanic population. Several guests requested a change in music selection, and it was not honored. In addition; there were so many children on the boat. Its a disservice to have an open bar adventure surrounded by children.

We had a great time on this trip. Our guides were so fun and really encouraged everyone to enjoy themselves and make friends. It is definitely a party boat so I wouldn’t recommend for families. We upgraded to a catamaran with less people when we got there and it was well worth the money.

It was nice sailing .. great experience. Crew was nice . My problem is I was the only one on the boat that didn’t speak Dpanish but the MC guy kept speaking mostly in Spanish and I couldn’t understand anything not even when he was talking about the rules. Even after I put on the tour that I spoke English. Unlimited drinks , doesn’t mean you can drink anything the alcohol is limited to certain drinks when you get on the Island. Joshua was really nice . Beware of Alberto photos if he is on your tour taking photos don’t buy from him. Scam. The food on the island was good. Another major thing if you can’t swim or don’t swim good, don’t book this because you won’t snorkel, I really wanted to snorkel but I can’t swim. They don’t tell you that. So pissed me off big time. Not really worth the money because I didn’t get to do everything.

Great experiences with my friends overall, at first when we arrived to retrieved our tickets there was a small confusion as they didn't find our names. The lady sent a man to find us and issue was resolve. We went snorkeling, enjoyed isla de las Mujeres and made it back to tulum by 8pm.

La pire excursion jamais faite depuis que j'utilise Viator. Et ce n'est pas suite à un incident ponctuel. La prestation est un piège à touristes. On est traité comme du bétail, c'est l'usine. Les 45 minutes de snorkelling sont en fait 20 minutes de baignade dirigée (sans avoir le temps de regarder quoique ce soit). On doit suivre le guide en file les uns derrière les autres et à toute vitesse. Pour l'isla mujetes, c'est encore pire. On nous balance sur une plage bondée où la nage est impossible (seulement la trempette) car des bouées de délimitation sont posées très près du rivage. C'est un enfer. Pour les boissons illimités il vaut mieux aimer l'alcool et ne pas avoir peur d'une mauvaise hygiène (pas sûr que les verres soient nettoyés). Bref à fuir sans hésiter
