Great Value and Fun Times

First we took the speedboat into the mangroves which is very fun and safe. Then we stopped in the middle of the ocean for our snorkeling activity. We were out there for 45 mins exploring the corals, fish, and underwater statues. Our tour guide uri showed us all of the cool things and statues underwater. After, we got on our jet skis and had very fun out in the water. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Complementary tequila tasting at the end of your excursions. Photos and drone videos are taken of you. Me and my partner loved this excursion.

Great experience, money well spent in Cancun, I just don't give 5 star because I think the receptionists could be a little more friendly, the instructor maintained the rules, the photographer was super nice and helpful and, the drone pilot was on point, really enjoyed.

Snorkeling was the most memorable part to me. The tour guides really made us feel comfortable and educated us on what to do and what not to do. The water was great and the speedboating and snorkeling and jet ski was amazing !

Loved the experience!! We really enjoyed the speedboats and jet ski !!! Great time !! Snorkeling was a great experience but the day we went the waves was really big and current was hard ! This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. Jimmy was our host, and he made us feel safe the entire time. Even when the engine on our boat failed, he was quick to return to get us when we stranded in the water. My only complaint was that I was told that my cost for the amazing photos and pictures and video would only cost $120 (the guy who sold them to me asked for prior approval), someone went ahead and charged my card an additional $30. Not happy about that, and I have already taken steps to rectify the issue. You are better off paying cash for most things in Mexico anyway. Lesson learned.

1 out of 3, room for improvement

The weather prevented us from doing snorkeling at the reef but the team tried to make up for it with snorkeling in the lagoon. The small boats were fun. When our appointment time came for jet skiing we were told there weren’t any available. After 30 minutes of waiting we went for lunch. We didn’t get our value from this tour as we only experienced 1 of the 3 things advertised.
