Loved the cenotes. The only downside is that we didn't have enough time. Recommendation: shorten time at Tulum for more time at the Cenotes

Amazing Excursion!

I booked this excursion about a week or so before my trip, but not enough people booked the same one, so I received a free upgrade - it was fantastic! The upgrade included everything in this service offering, plus a visit to an archealogical site in Coba and a free lunch. My tour guide was Alan and the driver was Augustin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TWO! Alan was very kind, funny, attentive, and concerned for everyone's safety the entire time. I travelled solo on this trip and had an amazing time on this excursion. Alan was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited, and taught us a lot of facts about Mexico and the Mayan civilization that once lived on those lands. I went at the end of August, so the heat was brazen but cooling off in the cenotes was incredible! Overall, a very beautiful experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The van left me and I was literally running after the van and then I could not meet the van at the next stop and the person on the phone was not understanding at all. They failed to send text communication which would have been the best way to communicate. It ruined the last day of my vacation! I won’t use them again!

Great tour and great value. Sammy our guide was the best! We really loved cooling off in the two cenotes after a hot day visiting the ruins at Tulum. Comfortable air conditioned van. Highly recommend!!!

Was a great tour of tulum ruins. The park is layed out well. It gives a more intimate view of the ruins versus Chichen Itza.

Our meeting point was in Tulum. And we were told to meet at 9:55, we got to the meeting place right at 9:33 and I checked my phone and it looked like I was being contacted by the company asking if we could meet a bit early. I told them yes since we were already there. Guide approached us already with an attitude like if we were late. Told us to get on the bus, there were several so I asked “the big one” and he gave me a blank 10 sec stare and said yes. When we got on the bus he was prepping everyone for the ruins. Told us not to fall behind or you would be left. We hurried through the crowd literally running behind this guide. As they were checking bracelets at the entrance of the ruins, a guy (he was with our group) got stopped by the lady checking the bracelets. She was questioning his bracelet. (Our guide had already ran past this point) she asked where we had gotten it. At this point the rest of our group had caught up. They checked all of our bracelets and said they had been tampered with. They had brown tape holding them together. They asked for our guided name and also the company. Our guide came back and started arguing with the lady. She said it was illegal for him to resale used bracelets and tape them up. They got all his information and he ended up giving everyone a new bracelet so we could go in. Once inside he walked us around to a couple of ruin. I kid you not maybe like 10 min and told us to meet back at the bus at a certain time. THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR. Don’t expect any less. Once we got back on the bus to go to the cenotes he was on his phone with AirPods. Didn’t even talk to anyone. Rude as can be. Once you we got to the cenotes he told us to meet back on the bus at a certain time. Rushed as could be. Once it was almost time we went to go change after our swim and saw him (our guide) at the changing rooms. He had no swam and it’s a changing room not a restroom. He went in and came right back out. Who knows what he did. I would just be careful. Our time was rushed and honestly one of the worst tours I have ever had. He was rude and had no personality. He had the audacity to ask for a tip. I told him I would leave him my used bracelet. They didn’t even leave us back at meeting point but across the busy street. I will never use them again. BEWARE of this tour guide Ceasar!

Awesome experience! It’s a long tour, and you’ll be exhausted by the end, but well worth it to see the Mayan ruins and cenotes. Our tour guide Ulises was great! He was super fun and helpful. He did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and safe. You’re given a decent amount of free time on the tour as well. PLEASE bring cash and be prepared to tip! You’re paying the $40 to the tour agency, and you’re leaving your tour guide and driver with nothing if you don’t throw them some cash at the end!
