  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • A nominal surcharge of 4USD for Tulum Local Tax is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
  • You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km) and be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
  • Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
  • Most travellers can participate
  • You should bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat and spending cash for incidentals.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 99 travellers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The tour was very well organized executed. The van was full, but still comfortable. Alex was a wealth of knowledge about the ancient Mayans and the ruins we were seeing. The cenote was large and lovely. I'd like a little more free time at the ruins, but that's my only recommendation. Fun, interesting day. You'll be tired after!

We had a great time on this tour. They picked us up at our hotel and we drove straight to Tulum. My mom was using a wheelchair after a recent knee surgery and they were helpful when we got to the entrance to let us use a back entrance so she wouldn’t have to walk as far, in addition to assisting her up the stairs. The private tour guide was great at Tulum and was knowledgeable about the Mayan history. Would definitely recommend.

So much fun! Our tour guide was so nice and responsible. He made sure we were all comfortable at all times and always made sure we were well informed. He answered any questions we had and was with us every step of the way. At the ruins we separated from him to go with a guide from the ruins but he made sure we knew where to find him once exiting the ruins. He was right where we said he would be. The cenote was very remote which ended up being great because it meant it wasn’t as busy as other cenotes. We still encountered other guests but not nearly as many as other cenotes in the area. He even held onto my phone and took pictures. He never left our sight which I found super trustworthy.

Many of the tours for this area were all day tours, I went with this tour because it was a half day skip the line tour. I’m very glad I went with the half day tour. It was just enough time to see the area but not too long that I was stuck out in the heat all day.
