Aboard a personal watercraft (PWC) you have the freedom to explore the waters off of Nichupte Lagoon. Ride solo or double on a 2-seater Yamaha WaveRunner, with your choice of a 15-, 30-, or 60-minute rental. At Captain's Cove in Cancun, you’ll receive a life jacket and safety instructions. Then set off to explore the coastline, either flying on a high-speed adventure or cruising at a relaxed pace.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Horrible Operator Should be Banned From Viator

Stay away from this operator! Showed up for our reservation, which nobody could validate. I had reserved 4 wave runners for 1 hour. The individual tried to give me only 2. When I insisted on 4, he walked away from the desk. We only saw 1 wave runner on the dock and it was marked “patrol only”. Needless to say, we’ve requested a full refund from Viator.
