Make your own way to Xcaret, located in Riviera Maya and easily accessible by car. Your entrance ticket is valid between the hours of 8:30am and 10:30pm, allowing you to arrive at the park at a time to suit your schedule.

The River was amazing! It’s a long route to swim but you are given life jackets. There were a lot of people in the way and they don’t have signs for traffic to keep it less congested. I was not a fan of the food for lunch but everything else nice! We didn’t get to see everything in one day. I also don’t like how you’re already paying to get in the park and there are different excursions that you have to pay for. The night show is really nice as well but we were so exhausted we were falling asleep during the second half of the show. Outside of that, I recommend this place.

Everything was wonderful! The park is well maintained, staff is professional and knowledgeable. The bird sanctuary was a personal favorite. The underground river was so much fun. I’m not a swimmer. With a life vest and lifeguard in the water I felt safe. He even helped me a little and gave me some tips to stay a float. The show at the end of the night is a full blown theater production. It summarizes Mexico’s rich history from pre colonial times to present in such a beautiful artistic way. I didn’t want the day to be over. Highly recommend to all!

Great place with fantastic variety of activities BUT !!! Be aware that everything closes at 5-5:30pm. We arrived later because we were doing the night show. Did not know we would have almost 2 hours of doing nothing and no access to the activities. The other thing is that there isn’t much assistance - no info stations, almost no staff speak English - so asking about recommendations and planning your time efficiently if you’re short on time - no help available at all. None! Good at the buffet was great with a large selection of items.

Terrible terrible deal for night entry. You basically pay for the show. That’s it. This has to be the worst experience and most waste of time I’ve had in a while. I’m sure Xcaret is a nice place and will hopefully visit in the future but this night entry I wish I could get my money back. Since it wasn’t cheap.

We did not know the water rides stop at 5pm and only the show is available after 5pm that was not clear when I purchased the tickets. We just watched one expensive show. The park looks fun though, just upset we did not get to experience it.

I was on the phone with Piolo on July 15,2022 for about 48 minutes and he refused to change my date. I explained that I had contacted +529988833143. They had informed me that my date was changed all I had to do was contact Viator and informed them for a new booking reference #. Piolo placed me on hold 9 times, I continued to ask for his supervisors name and email or direct number. At the end Piolo stated he didn’t understand stand me and hung up on me. This is my rating for Piolo. After Pio hung up on me, I called back I was on the phone with Piolo on July 15,2022 for about 48 minutes and he refused to change my date. I would encourage you to promote Eunice. Also to have your associates work alongside Eunice for developing your team on the importance of customer service. She definitely allowed myself and my family to have an Amazing Vacation. There would have been a huge void in our trip if were not for Eunice.
