- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation, or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority Access: Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID to allow you to board the bus. On the bus you will obtain the bracelet for entering into the park skipping the ticket office line. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

What To Expect

Depart from your Cancun hotel and relax during the 45-minute journey to Xplor Adventure Park in an air-conditioned minivan. Feel your pulse race as you head straight for the exhilarating zip line courses suspended over the rainforest canopy; soar over stunning scenery at a height of 150 feet (30 meters) at high velocity. Gasp as the zip line descends into the subterranean depths of an underground cave, speeding through crevices and grottoes. Make a splash on the second zip line, which concludes by dropping you into a sparkling cenote.

Next, drive into the lush vegetation of the jungle on a state-of-the-art amphibious vehicle. Traverse off-road trails, rocky riverbeds and suspended bridges on a 3-mile (5-km) circuit as you explore the fascinating flora and fauna of the jungle.

Then, descend to the depths of the earth to explore secretive subterranean chambers on a raft; using your hands as paddles, enjoy a gentle journey past sharp stalactites and stalagmites through caverns before jumping into the water for a swim.

Freshen up in the park’s fabulous facilities then feast upon a buffet lunch of local and international specialties; enjoy fresh and healthy food inspired by local ingredients and customs. Relax in a tree-harbored hammock after lunch then return to your air-conditioned minivan to enjoy the journey back to your hotel in Cancun.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
For children under 5 activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

What a wonderful and amazing experience. This was total fun from beginning to end. The Transportation driver was timely and had such a friendly demeanor. The Park was just all-out fun. I can't tell you what was most enjoyable because it all was. The buffet was really good too.

Be careful when you book this excursion! I requested the nighttime excursion. When I called to confirm the time they should pick me up they said that the pick up was at 6:50 am. I didn’t get the morning call that I usually get with these excursions. I let them know what happened and basically they just told me I lost my money. Very disappointed. People work hard for their money and these people want to take it just like that.

We had an amazing time! Zip lining was by far our favorite part. We went 3 times. The food was also very good. Our biggest concern before the excursion was the pick up and drop off, but both were extremely easy. All I had to do was call a few days ahead to confirm they had the correct location and the pick up time. They arrived on time, and we showed them the ID of the person listed and the voucher that was texted to me the day before. They gave us wrist bands before we left the bus with our name and hotel name so when it was time to go home we just showed them the wrist band and they directed us to the correct bus. Everyone was very kind and helpful!

Hands down one of my favorite parks if you like adventure and have older kids! It was all worth it, all inclusive, zip lines, the ATV was a blast! We really enjoyed this park! It is a lot of walking and a lot of hills and stairs so be prepared to burn some calories!! For my ladies when you zip line I recommend wearing some shorts, the harness really gets in there if you know what I mean!! It was a good laugh with my boys lol!!

Trip needs to be shorter. The bus should come back for pickup around 3:00pm. There were so many people asking when were leaving and my family felt the same way.

What a great time! Very well organized and easy to do. We were picked up at our hotel. The bus was newer and comfortable. Our guide, Maria, provided us with information about the parks in both English and Spanish, which was fairly easy to understand. The Xplor park is run excellently. All of the staff are pleasant, courteous, and they keep their guests safety and enjoyment as a top priority. As recommended, we did the ziplines first. There are two courses, and we took the longer one first. The climb to the top of the platforms are exerting, but there was almost no waiting at each one. There are 8 lines per course, and they both finish in water, which is super fun. I lost a water sandal on the last zipline, so I bought a pair of water socks at the gift shop. They weren't overly expensive and I enjoyed them more than I would have my sandals. My missing sandal was in the lost and found at the end of the day, which was a pleasant surprise. The underground caves were really cool, and we spent the bulk of our afternoon in the water. It's cold at first, but we got used to it very quickly. The buffet has a good variety of food, and though they do offer authentic Mexican cuisine, they also had a variety of Italian and American dishes, which were all very good. We had both lunch and dinner there. The ATVs were fun, but some drivers in front of us were slow. They have 2 courses, both my wife and I had the chance to drive. One course has plenty of water, which is a blast, but there was no mud. The lockers are easy to use, there are showers and changing rooms available, and the restrooms are clean. I like that they operate safely and eco-friendly. The whole day was so much fun and well worth the price.

The bus arrived at our hotel lobby on time, the guide explained everything we needed to know while en route on the bus. Everything was organized very well! Xplor was amazing! We were able to do all of the activities without wait (including both circuits of many things) and even did some things more than once! The park is clean and lovely to be in. The staff is very nice and the buffet lunch was awesome!! 4 adults, 2 12-year olds and 1 10-year old were in our party and we all had a blast! I highly recommend purchasing the photo package, we had a lot of fun with the candid pictures! It was a lot of walking but it didn’t feel like it. But I do recommend a water shoe with a sole rather than water socks. The lockers fit a good size bag, but it’s smaller than I expected. I brought a towel to use while changing at the end of the day, but a towel is not needed and you don’t carry it around throughout the day. The lockers are central so easy to go back to, if needed. I would happily recommend this activity to anyone!!
