A Lovely Evening!

This was an amazing experience! We were picked up in front of hotel lobby at the time that had been communicated. The driver took us to the Aquatours location. We checked in and awaited loading and departure. Once onboard we were graced with great music, some drinks, a beautiful sunset, and an absolutely amazing dinner! The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this excursion . I would also recommend you bring extra money if you would like to purchase pictures and tip the staff. It was worth every dollar! The only issue I had was with a Viator staff member, Elisabeth, in a miscommunication. This agent was very rude and unprofessional. Every agent prior to her and everyone after her were pleasant to work with contrary. This was the only reason I didn’t give this experience all stars.

The saxophone performer was excellent. Check in not clear. Told to go way too early and then no one there to give instructions. Steak was tough. Boat is pretty but old. Lots of diesel smell. Staff efficient and courteous!

Due to the high season, we recommend our customers to arrive before of their check in at the marine in order to avoid delays. However, we know that we can improve how we give the information in the marine to avoid confusing in the process of check in. Our kitchen follows high standards in the preparation of the food; however, we will pass the report to our chef to apply more supervision in the dishes he serves, likewise we would appreciate that as soon as this type of discomfort occurs in your dish you mention it to our waiter so that a solution can be given at that time. Finally, with the diesel smell is strange because we gave to our boat a constantly maintenance, and we do not have any report of it, however, we will pass the report to the maintenance department. On the other hand, we are glad that you enjoy the music of our saxophonist, and that our staff gave you the best service on this magical dinner. Thank you so much and have a nice day.

The driver taking us to the dinner stopped for a smoke break. The dinner staff was rude to us and the driver home was not very friendly. The food was definitely the best part.

Amazing experience! Awesome staff! The food was good, and they kept the drinks flowing. The live music was a nice touch. Wished they played some of the actual songs with the words, but nothing to complain about. Book!

The romantic dinner cruise was amazing got to meet other couples me and my girlfriend and her 11 yrs old had a great time. The view was beautiful the cruise it self was amazing and so romantic I would do it again.

Over crowded for staying safe with Covid. Drinks were o.k. Where was the saxophonist? Dinner very late. Food was o.k. steak overcooked and tough.
