Cannes Antibes St-Paul-de-Vence Half-Day from Cannes Small Group Shoreexcursion

Good experience altho not much going on as they were setting up for the upcoming film festival. Tour was interesting and relaxing.

We truly enjoyed our shore excursion. Cannes, Antibes and especially St Paul de Vence were beautiful. The main problem is we really didn’t have enough time to experience the quaint medieval artist town of Saint Paul. If we were to do this again I think we would take a tour just to Saint Paul de Vence. There is just so much to see and appreciate there our quick little trip didn’t give us enough time for anything more than a quick run through. We bought lunch in Cannes and walked about the town, it was very nice. I would cut Antibes out to spend more time in the other two parts of the tour.

We've been a few times in Cannes so the option to see some of the surrounding places like Antibes and St Paul de Vence was the attraction. We had a nice driver who served as a guide; he provided good information but wasn't talking too much. You know how it can be a bit annoying if the guides go on and on…this was not the case. The drive from Cannes to Antibes was along the sea which was nice. We stopped in Antibes for a stroll and an ice cream - a must in the summer time. After that we left the sea and headed to Provence; the green hills were beautiful. We ended in St Paul de Vence which is perched on the top of a rock mountain with spectacular views of the Alps and the sea. We had 45-50 min to walk around and have a beer to cool down. All in all the venture was worth the time spent so bon voyage and enjoy!

We had such a wonderful day with Zara. We were in Cannes during the Cannes film festival and the city was obviously crowded. She recommended we head to Antibes early rather than spend a lot of time in Cannes so we had more time to explore and I'm so happy we did. It allowed us more time in both Antibes and St-Paul-de-Vence which was such a magical little town. We could have stayed there forever. She recommended this boutique, Maison Bremond 1830, to buy delicious foods and OMG. I am so mad at myself for not buying more. When we returned to Cannes she recommended a spot for us to have lunch and people watch. Overall such a great day.

had super day lovely guide extremely profesional but friendly would not hesitate booking with this company again..antibes was blissful and would have loved to have stayed longer,but st paul de vence was breathtaking what a hidden gem.

We enjoyed this tour of some very quaint little villages. It is somewhat independent. The guide drops you off, then picks you up at a designated point and time.

This was the highlight of our week long holiday. Our vehicle was immaculate and our guide was the best ever - knowledgeable, funny, helpful and very considerate of our preferences. A real professional, she showed us areas that we did not expect, and even included an extra visit to Grasse because time allowed. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience in Cannes!!!

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and this was a worthwhile tour. We thought that the time we spent exploring the farmer's market in Antibes was good. Our time exploring St. Paul de Vence on our own was the best part of the tour! St. Paul de Vence was a great spot for checking out local art, crafts and food. Inside the fort walls there are next to no cars and it was very safe to walk around.

Brilliant tour, not to be missed!! St Paul de Vence in particular was enchanting but the whole experience was 5 star, due to Zara being such an outstanding guide! The rest of the guides may be just as excellent, but if you ask for her, you will be sure to have a great time and make the most of your time on shore - she is flexible, accommodating, very knowledgeable about the area, courteous and professional - everything you would want in a guide!

Although the convenience of being picked up at port was great, overall this was a lackluster experience. Our guide took us to a small market first, which wasn't particularly special. We walked around by ourselves for thirty minutes, but felt done with it after ten. Going to St-Paul-de-Vence was definitely the best part of the tour. It had great views and was a charming area. Keep in mind that your guide will not walk with you while you explore the market and St-Paul-de-Vence, those sections are completely on your own. I wouldn't consider this so much a tour, but rather transportation to different areas with information given to you by your guide as you drive along. The worst part of the experience was our guide, I don't remember her name. When we got back into the van to return to the port, we briefly smelled the odor of marijuana in the van. During this forty minute drive, she decided to play some of her music over the radio--reggae music with lyrics that frequently made references to marijuana--we didn't find this appropriate. She was completely silent the entire drive back 40 minutes of a half day trip without any commentary from a guide, and raced through turns while pretending that her steering wheel was a drum set. I'm not making this stuff up. We literally had to hold onto the sides of the van to keep from sliding all over the place as she raced through turns. The price is enticing, but ultimately between our guide, and stops, I wish we had done something else.
