Great start to trip

It was a great way to start the stay in Cape Town. Our driver Marco was on time, friendly and very personable. He gave us some quick helpful tips about things to do and see in Cape Town. Glad we chose this option to kick our trip off. I would recommend.

The driver was friendly and patient. The airline lost our luggage. He waited patiently until we filled out the necessary paperwork to return our luggage. He also provided many helpful tips for our visit to Capetown. He also was an excellent driver.

We were on time with our flight arrival thankfully. Our driver was where he was supposed to be with my name and he was VERY helpful with our bags. We needed to stop at an ATM and he led us to a couple. He had a big trunk to handle our 3 suitcases as well as our carry ons. He chatted most all the way to the hotel informing us of how to stay safe in Cape Town among other things. I wish he could drive for us all the time.

Stuck without a mode of transportation

My flight got changed and I was out on a later flight, the driver wasn't made aware of my change and we had to make other arrangements and pay for another mode of transportation. When I called the gentleman advised me they didn't have another driver to pick us up.

Your driver was at the airport with a sign that displays your name as per your booking (original flight). If you informed us about your flight change then we surely would have arranged accordingly. Unfortunately, you having to find alternative transportation is due to yourself not providing us with the proper information in order for us to provide the service.
