Cancellation Policy

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I had the absolute time of my life! Due to the wind, this was rescheduled to a couple days later. The team at Hi5 was so warm and communicative, and helped to get me a new day and time. When I arrived there, I was helped to fill out the forms and Brett talked me through the whole process. I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time, and that allowed me to relax and just have fun! I am so grateful to Brett and the entire Hi5 team for an experience I will never forget.
