From the moment we booked this tour the operator was in touch, and helped personalize the experience. Our guide, Marlene, was incredible - she's obviously been doing this a long time, and her relationships with the wineries led to tailored tasting with impeccable service. On the day of the tour we were picked up on time in a luxury car, and everything had been perfectly arranged based on our feedback of the types of wine we prefer. I'd book this tour again in a heartbeat if I was back in Cape Town.
