Pickup details

We can arrange pickup from the Sea Point Promenade where we land. It is 221 Beach Road, opposite The Winchester Hotel. We find it is usually easier for our clients to meet us at the Take-Off at the top of Signal Hill. If you have any problems in getting to us please get in touch so that we can make a plan.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Really well organised, staff were lovely and reassuring! Fabulous views over the iconic Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the coast. Great way to get a different view of the city! I’m very wary about heights but this was not a problem, so give it a go!

To stand and wait for the "take-off" were a great moment. With the "take-off" feel the freedom and experience the amazing view. Were Blessed to have a lovely day sunshine and no clouds. It was a great experience trip was to quick over.

R50 extra paying by card your videos

Staff so kind, great experience, great value, the only think is the overcharged you R50 extra for the video/ photos if you pay by card . They say the ATM is far away and want cash. Also I little messy when they give you instructions when you are in the air . I think they should give instructions before in paper or something

The experience was great. However I thought I was getting picked from my location but it turned out I wasnt. Nothing was communicated to me about not getting picked up until I called. I suggest it becomes clear that pick ups are not part of the package and that they may not happen. Otherwise the actual paragliding was great

They cancelled on me 3 hours before the ride..said something about the wind/weather.my ride was supposed to be at 5pm..at 5pm outside I saw a parachute in the sky..the hotel I stayed in was far from signal hill.book with a different company not these guys they’ll just waste your time&money

Tandem paragliding is a great experience. It is a must do in Cape Town. You feel like you are floating above the city. The Guides are excellent and make you feel extremely comfortable, even though you are gliding through the air. The support staff on the ground are very good. Must be a bucket item.
