No one showed up at the scheduled time. There wasn’t a phone number to call so had to rely on Viator support. They tried to call the vendor but no one answered. We had to scramble to find a different tour operator.

Hi Robert! Thanks for your feedback, please note that booking a trip at the last minute does not guarantee that you would be able to get picked up at your selected time. You booked your trip at 8:24am with a 9am pick up, unfortunately it takes more than just 30mins to prepare the trip as well as meet the client. We tried calling you several times to try and arrange a slightly later pick up however you never answered. We also left you a bunch of messages, therefore we feel that this review is an unfair reflection of the service we offer. We’ve also ensured that Viator offers you a full refund, we then also reached out to you to check if you e received the refund and again, no response. Please may we request that you kindly remove this review as it is untrue of our service level which is evident in the 5 star ratings left by all other past clients. Thank you!
A day with Jeremy!

Booked last minute this tour and the service was really fast. Ty contacted me within the hour and sent Jeremy be our guide for the day. This is a very private tour, in a car with someone local. No big tourist bus. Jeremy had a list of vineyard in mind but since we wanted to others he greatly adapted to our request. Because we took our time and left at 1pm we were able to do 2 locations. Jeremy was knowledgeable, kind, patient, the car was clean, he drove carefully and gave us lots of informations about this beautiful country while we were driving to our destinations. We were 3 which in a car is the maximum. Don’t hesitate!
