Check-in was detailed and efficient. Mates on the boat made sure customers had the best possible experience under rather challenging weather conditions. Overall a good experience. Well "oiled" team that supports the operation.

You cant visit cape trib and not go snorkelling at the great barrier reef. perfect 1/2 day adventure and was taken to some lovely snorkelling sites and the crew were super friendly and made our morning alot of fun and memories to last a lifetime. Dave & Court were the perfect guides

The most beautiful and pristine reef yet! Seems quiet and u touched- compared to other areas (HI and further south in QLD). Courtney, the guide, was the best ever- excellent with our son too, patient and knowledgeable and taught us all a lot about life on the reef. Was a return trip for some of us- and have no hesitation to recommend you to all.

Beautiful tour and it is a must during your trip for Australia. The Great Barrier Reef is unique in the world and we need to protect it, visit it with respect and carefully.

Perfect day out to Mackay Reef. Best snorkelling we’ve ever done. Saw green turtles and amazing fish and coral ! Incredible day and perfect weather . Care we’re fantastic too. Highly recommend!

There was high wind forecast for the day we booked, and the operator was nice enough to push back our booking. They pay a great deal of attention to your medical conditions - which for us was pregnancy, and the staff went out their way to provide the best possible care to us both on-board the boat and while snorkelling. They not only are knowledgeable with the local ecology but also have a great sense of humour. Smaller groups, shorter trips at sea, all the goodies. The reef itself was fantastic, even when the weather played up a little. You'll have to be there yourself to experience this amazing tour.

The reef was brilliant with Scott and Freddie taking us through the most wonderful morn. 3 snorkels which included the Wall. So many laughs and a very casual relaxing experience. Luv luv luv go again.

Highly recommend! Easily accessible even for amateur snorkellers. Due to the small group size, it was not over-crowded. Our guides Raz and Cole were incredibly helpful in pointing out the different marine life whether from the boat or while snorkelling with us, and of course giving a comprehensive safety briefing :)
