The boat ride to the beach club was beautiful! It was also very helpful having the staff accommodate our large party of 12. PLEASE consider having snacks if you’re going to wait til almost 1 to serve food.

Amazing views, friendly staff, and great vibes. I had the VIP experience and it was worth it. You get a private cabana, a welcome drink and lunch. The water is beautiful and there’s plenty of instagram worthy photo options.

More like a club without a beach

The beach club is a destination that was created for the purpose of boating tourists to a beach-like location near Cartagena for a few hours. There’s not really a beach there. It’s tiny. Although technically defined as a beach, it’s not what you likely have in mind when you think about a beach. It seems more like a tourist trap. There are better destinations out there. Additionally, it doesn’t feel like you are a VIP when everyone is the same and the difference is you get a sun bed and lunch, which seems like the minimum you need to be there all day anyway.

It was beautiful and staff was great. Only issue was my sister and I were charged twice. We gave 2 credits card for the bill to be split. Instead we were both charged the full amount which was quite a lot because we were drinking champagne!

Going to the Rosario is a must do Cartagena. Check-in: I had to reach out to the company to find out the meeting spot for the tour, they really need to include the door number in the details. Boat Ride: the experience was straightforward, probably could have used some tunes on the boat Resort: Nice assortment of day beds and really good service. Activities: the beach has a lot of corral so bring shoes, the water is beautiful also the beach part isn’t that big. The resort also had a DJ with a Zumba like class. We all had fun out there. I think it would be nice to have the music switch to a more calm style toward the end of the day. Many people were in nap mode waiting for the boat return. Food: Fried fish was the best I’ve had all trip. It was plain but executed well. All in all, we had a great time but probably should have splurged for the VIP.

This experience was absolutely GREAT. The boat ride going was smooth and the boat ride back was a little rough but over all Bora bora was well worth every penny. The experience included the cabanas and lunch and welcome drink. Bring extra money for extra beverages and cocktails. The drinks were normal tourist prices they weren’t expensive (to me !!) But I would highly recommend this experience. Its worth the price and I loved the ambiance .

We had such an amazing time at the beach club. Music, drinks and food was great. Staff was fantastic. The ride to Bora Bora was great on the black boat. Very scenic. On the way back they had us ride on one of the older boats that was blue. We were asked to sit in the back where we were drenched with water for over half the ride. All of our bags and phones were completely full of water. Salt in our eyes and mouths. It was terrible. Make sure you only ride on the black boats.

This was a great trip out of Cartagena and to see some of the outer islands! I found the boat rides both to and from the island pretty nice - it was rougher on the way out but not to the point it was unpleasant. My friends and I purchased VIP passes, which didn't seem much different from the normal day passes aside from a separate cabana area and more lunch options. The food and drinks were delicious, the beach was lovely, and the service was friendly and attentive. We were also able to get massages day-of, which was a wonderful addition! We had a great experience! A few things to be aware of: you can rent towels there for an additional fee, or you can bring your own. This beach club doesn't have a true "beach," but rather a few feet of sand between the club wall's and the water. So, if you're looking for a "lie on the beach day," it may be good to know it's more of lie in a cabana or a lounge chair day. Lastly, they start moving guests towards the boats at around 2:30, rather than 3pm. We tried to go in the water one last time but instead were told we needed to go straight to the boats. Lastly, they do play music, which can be louder depending on where your cabana is.

Worth your dime if you can deal with speed boats

The best!! If you get a bed with an ocean view it’s worth it!! The others beds are closer to the dance floor and not worth the headache of the music. The food was good and the servers are polite. Not everything is listed on what to expect upon meet up location. Don’t panic as they have multiple boats taking guest to the island. Don’t hesitate to call as they will answer immediately. The trip there was exactly as stated about 40-50 minutes. We had to leave at 2P instead of 4P and the waves were ROUGH going back. Be mindful to sit in the middle of the boat if you get motion sickness. I would’ve given 5 stars but the ride back was not the greatest.

It was the highlight of our trip! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We initially didn’t like having a bed on the 2nd row and they easily upgraded us! We were placed directly next to the ocean. The atmosphere was energetic and the food was good. The only thing is we wished there were more drinks included. We paid for bottle service at a decent price though. Great for friends and couples.

We had an amazing time relaxing on the beach. We were in the VIP section so we had access to the entire island and our very own cabana. There were a variety of lunches to choose from which was included. Also have breakfast for an additional cost. Only thing missing was water activities. This would have made the excursion even better.

We really wanted to go to Bora Bora Beach Club, but it was sold out on their website. We were able to get tickets here for cheaper, and it was the same experience as it would have been if we had purchased tickets with them (boat, r checkin, etc was all the same). This included great food and a fun day of dancing and swimming. We had a blast! Would definitely recommend!

Great time, great service, great food. Great place to just relax and enjoy the water and the drinks. Only thing is no one should sit in the front of the boat. Was a little rough on the way back and 6 of us got tossed around and we are in a lot of pain the next day. Other than that was awesome.
