We were picked up by Rafael, our tour guide and a driver ( 10 minutes early) , this tour was so detailed and visited so many spots that otherwise we would not have visited. The amount of knowledge, patience and friendliness of this crew is what made our tour amazing! It was my wife and another couple. Rafael would find awesome spots to take pics all around and would take pics for us! This was a plus because our wives LOVVVE TAKING PICS! lol Rafael went above and beyond and we highly recommend if you want to learn all about Cartagena n visit a lot of spots.

Our guide was very personable and well versed in the history of Cartagena. We started off in one of the neighborhoods, drove around the walled city and went up to the monastery for a great view of the city. I'll be honest, I was nervous about this tour. I was so wrong! Both our driver and our guide( Julito) were amazing. We learned so much more about Cartegena on this private tour than we would have being stuffed in a bus. The driving is best left to the locals, no stop signs and barely any traffic lights meant there were cars and motor cycles every which way!! Totally recommend this tour! Thank you Julito!!

Very comprehensive 1/2 day tour. Our guide Francia was wonderful, and very knowledgeable about Cartagena. We had a very nice private tour that took us to Fort St Felipe, the convent (400’ above the city with spectacular views), and the Walled “old” city, which included many shopping areas (emeralds), the gold museum, and very nice restaurants. We liked this tour and our guide Francisco and driver Luis were great. We saw areas of the city we wouldn’t have been able to get to on our own and got good narration from our guide along the way. My only complaint is that I wish we could have spent more time in the old town (walled city). The monastery and the fort were awesome but I could have spent less time there to spend more time in the walled city. But Cartegena is a beautiful, vibrant city and I would love to come back someday and see more of it.

Carlos was terrific as a guide. Sorry but forgot the drivers name, who did an amazing job navigating the busy and narrow streets of the town. We covered many of the highlights of the town with plenty of time for walking and shopping.
