Good afrternoon Mr. Kerrie Rowan, as every time we communicate with you, we have apologized for the inconvenience we had with the first vehicle that would transport you throughout the tour. The vehicle had a small accident and could not make us the tour and arrive on time to pick you up, while we got another vehicle to meet you and this reached the hotel, accompanied by the traffic that generates the time in which we are, that caused delay. Understand that we are in high season in the city there is a lot of traffic. Due to this inconvenience that we understand caused inconvenience to you and your family, we gave you a discount on Viator.
For the other inconveniences that afflict you I inform you the following, the props of the restaurant are not that they are old in that as you know they are beds, chairs, tables that are outdoors in front of a beach and of course they will show signs of abuse by the weather and by the utility they provide. They are not dirty; it is a very clean place that complies with all the sanitary measures required to provide this type of services. If you do a little research, we have just come out of a strong winter wave that greatly affected our entire Atlantic coast and for such reasons the sea is just beginning to withdraw from the coast to return to let us enjoy the beautiful beaches of this region.
Also understand that this is a public beach and if it is true there are vendors who harass tourists a lot. On this point yes, we will try to make an improvement (thanks for manifest your uncomfortability, we are working on it)
