The day we went, the taxi drivers went on strike. We were just about to cancel when the managers came to our hotel to pick us up and take us to the bus themselves. That alone showed us that they value their clients' time. The experience was AMAZING. The people there were extremely helpful. One guy even gave me his shoes because he heard me say my feet were hot. At the end, everyone is a bit pushy when it comes to getting tips. But overall, the experience was definitley worth it. My suggestion, dont go off of people's opinions. Try it for yourself. We were close to changing our minds after reading a blog online but very happy we went. P.s, they have lockers with keys if you are wondering where to put your things. And you CAN trust the person you give your phone to. The pictures they took of us were pretty decent. My husband and I would definitely do this again.

Unnecessarily long day of driving to ridiculous places
Charlotte_B, May 2023
The two stops at the "museum" (two rooms) in a deserted town. And the "pink" lake (not pink at all, but they told us this once we were on our way) should be totally eliminated. Just go straight to the mud baths.
We were "dropped" off at the restaurant for lunch. No one from the tour company accompanied us in. No one at the restaurant spoke English. Thank goodness, a kind restaurant patron spoke Spanish and English. They came to our rescue and communicated with the restaurant Staff to get us drinks and a meal. The tour company came back after we were done and sitting around chatting and picked us up to take us back to our hotel. Overall, I would say, not at all worth the money.
Nice trip to mud volcano

Nice trip to mud volcano. A bit funny but overall fun activity. Especially to see the locals organized and involved in different activities from providing you with lockers, photo shooting with your camera/phone to kind of a massage in mud pool and the scrubbing you in the nearby lagoon. They collect all the tips together in
One plastic bag so you don’t have to worry about tipping everyone individually.
On the way we stopped in a small village with a museum related to exploiting salt from the sea. Also being able to see kind of pink color of the sea. All in all, a fun activity.
What a time 👌🏾

Very fun experience!!! Make sure you bring a towel and an extra set of clothes.
The bus is a little small, so big guys beware ..
Do it!! Don't overthink it

The Mug Experience

It was an amazing experience out of this world. You emerge in the mud and feel your body being renewed minute by minute. Totally recommend it.

Muy bueno pero no me gusta el hostigamiento..deben ser más organizados a la hora de cobrar. Lo recomiendo. Gracias.
