      Absolutely loved. Can’t go to Colombia and not do this exursion. It was better than I imagine. The massages were wonderful and the ladies helped get the dirt off. High recommend

      The pink sea wasn’t pink, so you can skip that part of the tour. The food was good, but the guide was not very friendly

      Transportation was provided as listed. The ride there was about 45minutes id say. The sea wasn’t pink but the experience was still great. Now the mud volcano was more than i expected it felt so good I had about 15 minutes a guy holds all the phones and takes pictures for you then after we went down to the river where the ladies wash the mud off of you I felt like a kid again lol. My least favorite part was the end when you’re trying to get dressed everyone that introduced themselves wants a tip but we were told to give the tip to the lady with the bag for the community on the bus. They are overly aggressive about it. It really killed the mood for a minute the lady with the bag was even on the bus waiting for EVERYONE TO TIP which shouldn’t be allowed we aren’t required to tip we paid for our excursion.       Not what we expected

      Calling this a mud volcano is a bit misleading, as there’s no volcano. It’s a big tower that looks man made. That’s not to say we didn’t have a lot of fun, but it wasn’t what we were expect based on the advertising. The mud pit itself was quite a lot of fun and we enjoyed ourselves. The women washing us in the lake after were a bit rough and left us feeling pretty exposed. Strangers running their hands inside your bathing suit repeatedly to get the mud off isn’t for the feint if heart. We also found our tour guide lacking in engagement with us. We sat for nearly an hour and a half after lunch (which was at 2 pm) waiting to be taken back to our lodging. Has she let us know, we could have walked the beach or explored more. But she sat on her phone and then had a nap on a bench.

      The pink sea wasn’t pink because it had rained recently. Wish they would’ve told us. The mud volcano was amazing though, definitely a memorable experience that I would recommend.

      Terrible, bad food, ugly place, I lost my day and a lot of money whit this. Locals are very intensive, they don’t know when to stop. There where fighting whit the tourist about tips all the time: |. The mud experience was awful, completely packed, it’s feels so unhealthy

      Half of this excursion needs more work. The tour of Galerazamba museum is mediocre at best. The pink sea isnt pink anymore because of global warming so it wasnt much of a thrill. The mud volcano is AMAZING. Stairs are steep but the mud at the top was weirdly relaxing and a fun time. Please bring tip money and break it down because the vendors dont get any funds if you dont hand it directly to them.

      The tour was okay. They take you to the "volcano" (a small pit with the mud in it), the museum (it's not much of a museum and was unnecessary), the Pink Sea (it wasn't pink at the time, but they informed about that prior), and then to a restaurant on the beach to eat. The tour was definitely not worth the price. If I had to pick a highlight, it would be the "volcano." It was definitely an experience, but not one worth doing again especially for that price.

      I imagine that the experience would have been complete if the tour had taken place according to the purchase made and as it is reported. The guide did not pick me up at the hotel as had been arranged and I ended up going on the tour late because the next day I would have another program, I entered contact with the guide who had sent me a message the day before but didn't respond, I went to Google to find where the agency's headquarters was, I went to the address and when I got there it didn't exist, no one knew...I went back to the hotel until I could talk to the guide , he said he would reimburse me because the afternoon tour did not include the pink sea that has nothing pink (this was warned the night before by the guide but I already knew it through my research) and the lunch that didn't have. , I just went to the volcano (in reality it's not a volcano or any remnant, it's just a mud pit that imitates the shape of a volcano, created for tourism, it's so real that it's not even in a mountainous area lol) only moment cool and lay down and relax in the mud with a lot of people asking for money. In short, I paid 59 dollars for a tour that I didn't take, the company Caribben tour exempted itself from the responsibility of reimbursement, passing only to Viator a reimbursement of 6 dollars (will the value of the lunch and the ida in the “pink sea” was that exactly the price? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CARTAGENA CARIBBEAN TOUR AGENCY.

      The mud volcano was an awesome Experience. Must need small bills for tips for just about anything as they hound you for the massage and bath at volcano. It was necessary to be a part of a tour for that. Sadly the pink sea wasn’t pink due to the weather m/season. The village/museum Was just a small museum which was ok. Ours included lunch which was ok. The bus was crowded and the ac wasn’t on high so it was bit uncomfortable. Next time I’d book just the mud volcano

      The tour was ok. The sea was not pink. It’s man made. Depends on the weather. The tour guides were great. The mud volcano was cool. An experience for sure. Lunch was excellent. After lunculh they brought us back on a van with no air conditioning. Luckly I was dropped off first!

      This was something fun and adventurous to do. The sea wasnt pink, but we enjoyed the volcano experince and the locals were very eager to assist you. Be prepared worh small billa to tip esoecially if you accept a massage in the pit. Any assistance they offer you is for a tip. The bathers in the lagoon do a thorough job. Be prepared to get up close and personal!

      2.5 hr before we got to the "museum " if you can call it that. Then,we went to Pink sea. It was not pink because it rained the day before🤯 So, I was really excited about mud volcano, but wat I saw can't be forgotten. Safety and sanitation is not a priorities say the list. Lunch was last hope and fish was great.

      The bus was terrible with the lack of AC. Only the people who sat next to the driver were kept cool, by the open windows up there, during the long ride there and back. The volcano itself was the BEST experience! I would book the tour for the morning volcano experience only if I had it to do over. The museum was a joke and the pink sea wasn’t pink (not the tour’s fault). The tour guide herself was amazing!!

      The highlight of the tour is the Mud Volcano. An awesome experience and very memorable thing to do. Our tour guide Virginia was exceptional. Very thorough and patient to. Optional FYI -try you have money for tips for -Massage ,the ladies rinsing you,&whoever take your photos.m VIP-Nothing about Pink sea or tour. They contact you the day before saying the sea is not pink . Yet They have this info In advance. overall great Mud tour
