If you want to be on the BEST Chiva Party Bus on the Blvd, this is the one you want to be on!! We were a little late getting picked up but, once be were, it was a non stop party for 2+ hours!! Would do again Over And Over!! WOULD DO AGAIN OVER AND OVER!! I VISIT COLOMBIA AND CARTAGENA A 'LOT' AND THIS IS THE BEST PARTY BUS, TAKE MY WORD ON THAT!!

Took this tour on March 6th 2021. The tour was not offered in English as advertised. But this is not the main reason for the poor rating I'm giving. The worst part is the host of the bus brought with him into the party bus a little girl, around 9 years old. He asked her over the microphone to dance as all the other women where doing, not for her age. Sexualization of minors should be forbidden in every country. I feel so uncomfortable witnessing this that couldn't enjoy the party. Our last stop was a disco, where he also brought this little girl in and took her away to the second floor.. I asked this little girl who this guy was and she told me "a friend" he tried for her not to continue talking to me. The bus stop at a plaza with a shoe sculpture, where vendors are way too aggressive soliciting from us, tourist. I felt like a sheep into the slaughter house. At this plaza the worst part was having a hat salesman putting hats in our heads while sticking a small bag of cocaine in my "American" friend. Expecting money and not taking it back from us. This is the cheapest Chiva party bus offered in Viator, you get what you pay for and less. Or lo barato te puede salir muy caro. Think of how bad things could have turned out.

The idea of the Chiva Bus is great and I had an okay time. The reason for just an ok experience: During this Covid Pandemic you are taking a risk when you are amongst others. In the booking details it states that all bus goers had to wear masks. This was not enforced, as many didn't have on masks and the person in charge didn't enforce the rule. Additionally one woman on the bus was intoxicated, she kept touching me prompting me to get up and dance, she was coming across the seats on the bus, yelling and singing with no mask on. At one stop she got off the bus and fell twice due to intoxication. On one occasion while I was sending a message in my phone, she attempted to take my phone out of my hand, again prompting me to dance. I couldn't understand her because she was speaking Spanish and I don't. The person in charge said something to her once, as I gave him a look like he needed to do something. If this is a bus for locals then so be it. But this experience is advertised on Viator and attracts international tourists. I'm not okay with people touching me and talking to me without a mask. The person in charge need to do a better job with enforcing rules and not allowing drunk people to stay on the bus.

Music was great. Stops included in trip were great. The band was the best. Tour guide was great!!! Everyone friendly. Only negative was a little tight in the bus. No room to dance. Que divertido.
