This tour was a real treat. The weather was perfect and the scenery was spectacular. In addition to being on Etna, the ride up was beautiful seeing the different neighborhoods and learning of the ash piles all around, the years it has erupted in the past and the number of eruptions this year alone. The guide, Sebastiano, was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it.

Terrific tour of Mt Etna

Great guides explained Mt Etna in a very detailed and understandable way. Loved the drive up in the backwoods of the mountain! The tasting party at the end was wonderful. We would have stayed for lunch but had to move on but bought some wonderful items to taste and remind us of this wonderful day when we get home.

Really great tour! Dario was very nice, he answeared all our questions and told us a lot about Etna. You can see that this is his passion. The views are really nice, we had grandparents and 4 year old on board and it was easy for them - so this is a great adventure with kids. After the tour he took us to his farm and we tried great foods and bought a lot for home. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant tour of Etna volcano! As a family, we had a great time there. It was worth stating there for lunch too. Fabulous local food + friendly staff. Top marks and I thoroughly recommend this tour. I would love to come back for a hiking.

Brilliant day with fab tour guide(s) learned so much and had a fun filled day. Food tasting and wine/ liquor was lovely at the end. We stayed for a delicious lunch at the end. We've done tours like this before and it was up there with the best. The only reason I've given it 4* rather than 5 is because our vehicle wasn't air conditioned as described. That said we had a really fun / authentic day. Definitely need good trainers for the exploring.

Amazing experience + comfort for me, my wife, and 2 daughters ages 11,13. We were flying out later that day and preferred not to hike a lot. The 4x4 tour was just what we were looking for. The guide Sebastian is very friendly, speaks English very well, is happy to take pictures of you if you prefer, and explains so much about the history and present time Mount Etna and surrounding areas. IMO a great call for a summer visit to kind of stay out of the heat and enjoy. Lastly, the organic farm store at the end of the tour has amazing samples of different olive oils, sun dried tomatoes, jams, pistachio spreads, apertifs, etc. which you can also purchase the ones you like if you prefer. You can also sit after the tour for a very nice lunch there. I highly recommend

If you are an adrenaline seeker, this tour is NOT for you. If you are an old couple or just want to relax at a slow pace and want a lot of valuable information from the friendly tour guides then book this tour. The highest elevation you'll reach is 2000ft... That's where the touristic center is and where the paved road ends... If you rent a car you can do the same and explore at your own pace. In summary is a good tour for the elderly but in my case felt expensive for the experience offered.

Dear customer, thank you for choose us and for your funny review. :) We really don't understand your objections. The mistake didn't depend on us, but on choosing a tour that wasn't the one we wanted. The Etna Tour in 4x4 is described well and it's up to you customers to read the descriptions well. Not doing it and giving a bad rating is very incorrect. It's like a vegetarian choosing a steak house for dinner. Is it the restaurant's fault? We also offer trekking excursions or with the use of the cable car to climb higher. Next time, choose your tour better, but please don't give bad reviews for your mistakes. Best regards.

fabulous tour with the most knowledgeable and interesting guide. We learned so much from Sebastian and it was clear he loved Mt Etna and was passionate about the land and it's history . It was well organized and timed perfectly, the tasting session at the end was a lovely addition and without any pressure to purchase anything, though we did as the products locally sourced and produced were excellent.great value for money

Pietro was a very knowledgeable guide with excellent English all of which enhanced the enjoyment of our tour. The website says the tour is accessible and Pietro did everything he could to make sure the wheelchair user in our party got to see everything possible. The farm stop is also very accessible and enjoyable because there is no pressure to buy the delicious produce - though we did!
