    Our office is located 100 meters south of Automercado in Playa Herradura. 10 minutes from Jaco and 1 km from Los Suenos Marriott Resort. We offer free transportation from Jaco, or guests can park securely at our office.

Pickup details

Please provide your hotel or house name and address for transportation. Our customer service team will contact you the day before your tour with your exact pickup time. We supply transportation from Jaco and Los Suenos area only. Our office is located 100 meters south of Automercado in Playa Herradura. 10 minutes from Jaco and 1 km from Los Suenos Marriott Resort.   • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Not recommended for pregnant travellers
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Not recommended for participants with back problems or participants with limited mobility
  • There is plenty of shaded areas on board, please prepare to spend majority of your tour in direct or indirect sunlight. For safety reasons spray sunscreens are not permitted.
  • Our cruise is not a booze cruise, if you are looking for a booze cruise, you will be disappointed
  • Our crew reserves the right to refuse entry to passengers who are intoxicated, without refund. Our crew also reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if it affects the safety of passengers.
  • We board the large catamaran from small tenders from the beach. Long dresses, and pants are not recommended.
  • Snorkel equipment is available, snorkelling is not guided.
  • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
  • You will be notified by a representative of your pickup time, our transportation will only wait 5 minutes at each stop before moving to the next stop. If you miss your transportation time, your tour will be cancelled without refund.
  • Banana boat rides are $15 per guest at Playa Fantasia.
  • ID is necessary to use all snorkel equipment, paddle boards and boogie boards.
  • If you are in Jaco in our Winter time (May 15th - December 15th) the chances for good snorkeling are 50/50, since it is the rainy season all depends on good weather and good ocean conditions. and it is not under our control, however we offer other activities like boogie boards, surf boards, SUP Paddle boards, as well as Soccer and Beach Volleyball on our tours in order to entertain and give our clients an unforgettable experience.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travellers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was an amazing time! The boat ride to the Catamaran was fun and exciting. I was nervous but our tour guide was great. Once on the Catamaran our tour guide gave us safety tips and served drinks. When we headed into Playa Fantasia we had a wonderful, delicious lunch. The whole experience was just awesome. I got to meet some pretty cool people. And when I told them it was my wife’s birthday everyone sang and they passed out shots! Worth every penny. I would do it again and again if I could 💕

The trip was very nice and relaxing. The tour guides were great. The ocean was a little rough this day which didn't allow for much water activity but not the fault of the tour. They did their best to make sure we had fun.

Awesome trip. Crew was great. It was high tide and nice wave. Jesus handled the ponga incredibly. I have a bad leg and was able to navigate between boats. Crew there to help and support as needed. Great time. Must do.

Great experience, not crowded and felt very personalized for a smaller group of 20ish. Food was delicious, time spent on the beach was exactly enough and didn't require us to spend a whole day there.

This tour was the best part of jaco for us! The trip and whole crew were great. The beach was not crowded even though we were in jaco on a busy weekend. The drinks and food were amazing. The crew made sure we were having fun. We saw eels and puffer fish while snorkeling. Everything was great. Would absolutely go again.
